Clean hotel, comfy beds

Breakfast was not served at 7:00 am as promised.

Superb breakfast, luxurious rooms with great views. 1 minute walk to ski hire & transfer to & from gondolas included

Restaurant food choice could be better so we ate out. Very close to some good restaurants so wasn't a problem

The hotel is centrally located, but quiet. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a nicer room with terrace on the sun facing south side; this colored our experience positively. The staff were all friendly, helpful and attentive. My wife enjoyed the pool and the spa. We liked the 2min shuttle ride to the Cry d’Er skilift.

The hotel feels grand and elegant but a little dated. As an example: I did not find a thermostat to tune down the room temperature - neither did the hotel staff who came to help us. As a result, we left the window open at night in February… The SPA can get crowded and it seems that reclining lounge chairs are few.

Rooms were nice. Bathroom really old. Staff is friendly.

Pool and jacuzzi too cold. Lift out of service. Breakfast really average.

Location, easy access Crans Town Centre.

View from room, is not good enough we expected. Unfortunately, Large trees block the view.Restaurant staff were a bit unfriendly compare to other staff.

The hotel is at the center of Crans-Montana just 5 minutes walk distance from the cable car and in a very calm location. My room was exceptionally big with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The staff was super helpful, friendly and efficient and the service overall excellent!Room service was delicious! I had unfortunately no time to have breakfast ....

Bathrooms are horrible. They really need to be renovated. But I think they are doing it in phases.

needs to be modernized. there were many things missing in their junior suite. from a simple pen to a proper mini bar selection of snacks and drinks, a real hair dryer and better quality quilts and mattresses. some of the staff at the reception were not professional at all. their bar was outdated with poor selection of drinks and snacks

What a great hotel and dog friendly! it is wonderfully located in the center of Crans with breathtaking view. The stuff is very friendly. We really recommend to eat at the hotel: the chef is amazing!

The temperature at the pool and spa was warm but not hot. But this does change the experience.

Great location, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Bed comfortable, turn down service, robes, slippers. Room 306, suite, excellent view. Dinner, fine dining at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Not really an issue… room 306, walk-in closet is not sound proof. Could hear neighbors talking. Shut door when not is use.

The hotel is very well decorated. I like my big room and my bed was very comfortable. The location is idéal-right in the center of Crans.

Well kept property and the staff go above and beyond. The balcony was huge with beautiful views. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Very nice breakfast buffet.

I think the bathroom especially the shower could be updated, it functioned fine but it was a bathtub/shower and quite difficult to get in and out of.

Very nice place to stay in Crans Montana. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are great views from the hotel. The hotel has small but nice spa/sauna area. The hotel is conveniently, centrally located even you are reaching the hotel bus from Sierre.

the half booard menu did nt change every day as usual in a good hotel and the choices were limited.Some dishes were excellent but others were unexceptional, especially one where my wife passed on detailed criticism to the head waiter bur with no response from the kitchen

I definitely liked the very high standards of this 5-stars hotel. Everything was literally perfect, excellent breakfast with a nice view on the mountains, very good dinner and I especially liked spending a moment at the bar, great conversation with the bar tender with amazing cocktails. We enjoyed 80min of a full body relaxing massage, which was one of the very best I ever had. I would like to come back just for this massage!I strongly recommend this hotel, for sure an amazing stay.
