Hotel du Lac

The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the very beginning and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning! Our room was beautiful too with breathtaking views on the balcony. We loved everything about our stay!

The hotel is centered in a nice location, and the lake is gorgeous in front of the hotel. The most important is The owner, she is a very nice lady that made sure we didn’t miss anything, actually the owner is the the main reason why we might come back to the hotel on another trip

Very well located, a few minutes walk to the gondolas, close to restaurants. Cozy and very good value for money. Very friendly staff.

Location is great, super friendly staff. Dog friendly! Rooms have a beautiful view and are clean. Breakfast also very good.

During the night there was a lot of noise outside. Hotel is ofcourse not responsible for it.Further everything is clean and functioning but a little outdated.

Situated on Lac Grenon with fantastic views of the mountains and valley. Staff were lovely.

Great hotel for both Montana and Crans sections of the resort. Great value for money at 3* level. The rooms are warm & well equipped rooms with amazing views. The breakfast is good for this level. But the staff are outstanding.

Towels could be fluffier

Excellent breakfast, beautiful double room, fabulous view from balcony, lovely bath and warm rooms, offer of a free ticket to ride a cable car to the mountains.

The hotel bar area is in need of upgrade and note to winter travellers, after the end of September no meals are provided in the hotel. I am not sure if there still is a hotel shuttle bus for less able travellers and it is a little bit of a walk from the station but the friendly people at the station provide directions to the free link bus that will drop you closer to the hotel.

Beautiful room with a view of the mountains, ate dinner one night on the balcony with a full moon and a book -- truly delightful. Came back from a long hike the other day, close to dinner close time, and the kitchen staff accommodated me and made sure I had food to eat.Highly recommend! Staff are lovely as well.

Small rustic hotel with a great location overlooking a small lake and great views of the Alps. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

There is no lunch service at the restaurant.

There is nothing there to dislike!

It is central, easy to find. The hotel was very accommodating and the room was clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly, especially Yves. I would recommend without hesitation

Simple and Stylish at the same time

Rooms are indeed small - but that was well communicated in advance - so - not an issue

Bathroom a bit small

The location, the service, the room, the views... Everything was fantastic and very charming!

The breakfast options did not seem to have viennoiseries but there was plenty of other choices and the coffee was very good!

Perfect location at the lake, view on mountains at other side. Perfect host, kind and good advise about what to do in the area.

The hotel staff are very nice and friendly. In the morning they provide the coffee/tea with warm smile and help me to address all I need. Thank you
