Room was good like the photos, cozy. Good location near to everything.

Parking were so full and so tight especially the underground. Breakfast was disappointing we went there and everything was finished and it wasn’t even the time they close, the tables were all unclean.

room was great - the balcony gave us a tremendous view of the mountains etc separate shower was very good as well

the exterior of the hotel was not outstanding but this was made up for by the great room - restaurant food choice was not very extensive but again ok

“Unsafe and Humiliating Stay – No Action Taken Against Aggressive Group

We had a truly worst ever experience as a family of 3 arrived to a hotel reception to take a key and a group of 10 adult man arrived from Netherlands by cars as an organized tour aggressed us brutally. They were against we take a key (though we were there before them and there was only one overwhelmed receptionist). My husband calmly said that we were here already, we just need to take a key as we checked in and they started to shout back aggressively in there language, called him a cowboy for his hat and acted brutally and ugly. We sent a message after entering the room to the hotel team about a situation , they agreed that this is not appropriate but took NO action towards the group, so next day walking to the breakfast my husband was getting again their toxic comments. Looks like a prison image from movies - I do not know if this group came directly from thier with such behavior.We were not comfortable moving around the hotel with a child during our stay, felt unsafe and humiliated. With an understanding that hotel team can not know the culture level of guests arriving, this is absolutely thier responsibility to proactively react at the spot on the agressive behavior, as well as explain the aggressive groups how they shall behave on the management level - as aggressing for no reason a local family with a 3yo is absolutely a no go.

The location is perfect. The staff is wonderful. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast offering and availability of items could be improved.

Amazing location with the ski lift just a short walk from the hotel. Brand new rooms, spacious and great views to the mountains. Really good facilities overall (spa, pool, bar/restaurant) and great quality food. Staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay!

Our second room had bad view of backside hill and dumpster.

Huge room, very clean and comfortable and the hotel was perfectly located right next to the ski lift / bars restaurants in the town.The hotel bar also had a great atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff.

Pool, location near the ski lifts. Food was ok, especially dinner, but quality of breakfast could be improved.

The hotel is overrated - I realized why when we received an email from the hotel asking us to give a mark of 10 in our booking.com review, or worse case 9, if improvements are needed.Staff at the reception were not making much effort to accommodate any requests.External guests in the swimming pool was making the pool in the afternoon way too busy.

Very clean rooms; beautiful spa; friendly staff; great location to go skiing

The rooms are quite spartan: no real cupboard - only open shelves. The mattresses are very hard and the beds are tiny (no double bed). The terrace has a beautiful view but is again quite bare (basic table with 2 chairs) with metallic partitions. Almost no toiletries: only basic soap but no conditioner, no body lotion, no shampoo, no hair cap. The breakfast is good but not really varied as it should be in a 4* hotel. At the bar, one of the 2 Swiss white wines was not available.

Location was great. Rooms, view, and Pool/Spa were also nice.

It was terribly expensive for a general hotel. Also, the restaurant was not as good as they probably think they are.

The beds/mattress was terrible.. like a board.. arms went numb.. smell of sewage at areas of hallways..

The location is right next to one of the lifts for the Crans Montana ski area. The property feels like it was recently renovated. My room was very comfortable, spotless and modern. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly!

The pool was very nice and warm. Staff was friendly.

We were in a room that was connected to another one through a door and we could hear everything our neighbours said. Badly isolated. The room wasn’t cleaned until 3:30 despite us asking for it to be done earlier. Buffet dinner was very basic and extremely expensive. Not recommended. Better go to a restaurant in the city. The playroom was too basic.

This is quite a good hotel with a very good spa.

The ski and boot room were separate and the whole area around there including the spa was very confusing - a maze of rooms with inadequate signage. It's all there and very good too but the layout is bizarre and needs some modification for next season.The restaurant area is good but totally lacking in ambience and needs an interior designer to create that faux swiss wooden feel with some partitions to break up the evening dining area.The lifts are way too small!!

The room is very pretty and cozy and clean, though there is no fridge. the staff is friendly and welcoming and it’s clean and well maintained.

The gym is advertised but it’s an awful room with a few old pieces of equipments, and 1 pair of dumbbells… I prefer working out in my room with a couple of bands than trying that! Xpt for that it is great!
