The hotel is so charming and has an amazing view! The room is very confortable and clean! The staff is kind and helpfull. I super recomend it!

The only problem with the bathroom is that The floor gets wet while you shower, because of the box, but it doesn't make the place any less good.

The place was amazing. It was centrally located. The staff was extremely helpful and educated so was the management. Also very helpful. Will definitely recommend. I loved the place.

Great location. Free Parking space is available nearby. The staff gave us a Complimentary wine bottle too.

I can't say enough good about this place. When we arrived, it was late, we had been travelling for 30 hours. They served us dinner and made us feel very welcome. The location and view from the restaurant was spectacular. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped us with travel and just everyday questions. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here. We hated to leave.

The bed wasn't very soft. But we noticed that in all of our locations. Must be an Italian thing.

Good location for walking around town. Grocery store across the street. Neat clean

No one around at night in case we needed something. Friday night there was a very large group of young people using the dining room for some kind of celebration. It spilled out onto the outside patio and got very loud right outside our window. It went till midnight and thankfully they stopped. Clear case of putting customers ahead of hotel guests

The breakfasts and dinners were amazing! The staff were amazing! We had such a great stay. Beautiful property and view. We loved every minute of our stay. Tuscany is so beautiful to visit! We felt so welcome at Hotel Le Macine.

The location is about half an hour from Volterra and about half an hour from San Geminiano. There is parking on site, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied. When we arrived there was no one at the reception, but the keys to the room were waiting on the counter.

As far as I could see, there is no elevator on site.

Breakfast was great. Room comfortable but a bit small but it was still ok for us. Staff great and hotel restaurant excellent.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially the Omar was a great waiter, and generally everyone else. Excellent coffee and a nice environment around the hotel. I hope we come back one day ❤️

Amazing staff! Rachele was very friendly, sincere and helped us whenever needed.Property is very nice, with beautiful design and view on the mountains. There is also very lovely restaurant in the hotel, so suggest to try it out!

Room was a bit small with no view, but we did not stay there much as we loved to sit outaide in the garden.

Excellent location to explore Tuscany, beautiful view from the hotel, nice restaurant and nice staff.Montaione is small and peaceful town. There are few nice restaurants near the hotel where you can eat some great italian food.

Unfortunately, we got the room on the ground floor where the restaurant was, so we couldn't open the window as we wouldn't have much privacy. We were told that the room we booked is situated on the second floor. Also the room wasn't very clean and bed was very uncomfortable.I would recommend this hotel for shorter staying, we stayed for 5 nights.

The room was really small, the air was stuck there, there wasn’t any hooks for towels, the bathroom sink and toilet were so noisy when water was coming trough, the location of our room was facing the main entrance side of the hotel and during all night the outdoor lights was coming into our room, no vegan options for breakfast

The location was amazing, the stuff was so friendly and so helpful ordering us a taxi for a planned activity!! The breakfast was always fresh and you could sit outside and enjoy the most incredible view ever. ☀️

When we came back after midnight, the front door wouldn't open (using the card scanner). Tried many times to no avail. Calling one of the 2 numbers provided for exactly this problem didn't do much as it was inactive. The other one was answered by a very sleepy person and she insisted the scanner must work, even went so far as demanding to hear the noise the scanner made when we scanned the card (yes it made the right noise every time but the door remained closed).Eventually, after many, many tries, the door did open (with the help of a shoulder push), but must say the night shift was singularly unhelpful.
