Boccioleto Resort - Place of Charme

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with every question and request. The place itself was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The dinner was the best meal we had on our trip, and the breakfast was amazing as well.Highly recommended!

Two negative feedbacks I can mentionOne: voice isolation doesn’t exist. You hear everything. We don’t mind about noises however our neighbor room was rude and he disturbed us( we were surfing on instagram so not even a tv noise)Two: their price policy is not fair. We planned our holiday 3 weeks before. 1 week before our holiday they decreased the price 100 eur. When we ask for compensation, it was a no go.I feel like I’m punished because I planned my trip earlier which I don’t appreciate

Amazing place, just like in the pictures. Very friendly and helpful staff . The rooms are clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. The pool looked very good, during the summer is definitely a hit. The property is 30 min away from San Gimignano.

Wonderful place to stay. I have stayed here a couple of times now and will also visit in the future. The premises and the rooms are well maintained and very clean. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, make you really feel at home. The breakfast is really good. Also the restaurant serves a very good dinner. Again, wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the place is secluded, but the view is tipically tuscan. The place was clean and the personal was helpful.

The whole experience was so beautiful! The staff were very warm and helpful and really made my stay there nice. The restaurant was amazing with high quality food and the rooms were just perfect and great value. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Extremely welcoming, dear people at the reception. We rented biggest apartment. Ultra comfortable beds, you can put apartment in total darkness for best sleep. We went for dinner and were very satisfied. Generous breakfast.

Tried too hard with the look alike designer furniture. Some genuine understated pieces would have suited the place better in my opinion.

This place is literally heaven! We were absolutely blown away by everything there- the room, the breakfast, the staff- just perfection! We honestly considered to give this pace a low score just to keep it all to ourselves, but they deserve all the kind words! Will definitely come back!

Everything is really nice. The pool is very clean, the yard is pretty and you can see a beautiful sunset. Personnel very professional.

Food was a bit more expensive than i expected. I recommend booking during the week. It was very quiet until Friday when we left.

the place is perfect - beautiful views, delicious food, welcoming staff, excellent facilities. We had a beautiful dinner and conversations with Daniel, maître di sala there, which made the experience even more special. We used the spa as well, which was great. The location is in the middle of Tuscany, with Sienna, Florence, San Gimignano & Pisa all within a 1-hour drive.

Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Beautiful views. Food was excellent. Location was pretty central for everything. Overall it was a lovely experience.

When we went to check out it was 6:30am and even though we were told it was 24h the person on reception didn't know how to check people out. Which made us a little late. Advise other travelers to pay your bill the night/day before!Also could have done with some milk and instant coffee in the room. There also wasn't any conditioner even though it said on the website there was.

Modern 3* property on a hilltop with professional staff, good restaurant (local price level) and standard breakfast, infinity pool with view. However nothing to hype for like other reviews do...

"Resort and Spa" I think is a bit exaggerated: the infinity pool is by far too small e.g. when in August all guest want to use it at the same time, the spa (impertinent 25€/45mins) is a very tiny place next to reception. The whole property seems to me kind of "space optimised" 3 buildungs (one historic, 2 new ones also with appartments on ground floor), however the architect forgot that a hotel needs noise isolation in doors and walls. The most critical is a centralised (energy optimised heat pump?) AC which makes problems in hot days (from 35C there will be problems to cool down the rooms to comfortable temperature)For the uncovered dusk road up the hill I'd recommend the hotel owners (investors) to take care that at least once per year the potholes are closed.Mosquitos in the evening in the garden restaurant....

When we travel to Tuscany we always stay a few nights in Boccioleto. The hotel has a great Restaurant with excellent food and very friendly staff.

There was lots of selection for breakfast, and the property was very nice.

Very loud inside and outside, not sound proof at all, food at restaurant was ok first night but gave us food poisoning the second night, impossible to relax by the pool because people hogged the chairs and let their kids scream and splash around disturbing other guests. Don’t offer any excursions from the facility so you have to have a car.
