Right distance from the lovely village and beach and it is also within walking distance from the station though the stepsnmay be a bit chaallenging depending upon your age

Air conditioning not working well - I was expecting more information in the room to see what we can do at the hotel and till what time and outside for the period.Breakfast could be upgraded with more meat, potatoes, suggesting scrambled eggs mushrooms…. And orange fruits because it was the period…Having a bottle of water offered in the fridge…

The pool, rooms were very clean, parking and breakfasts.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location was good and the room was big enough for a family of 4. We can recommend the hotel fully. Breakfast options were also good.

As the hotel is above town be ready to do some steep walking. If you come by train it's close but a bit of hassle to walk with suitcases in the steep stairs.

Slippery in the showers by the pool.

Everything. The rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here last year too and this time I had even a bigger terrace with loungers. Fantastic! The breakfast was included and it was absolutely delicious.

During the breakfast there are no special “milk” options or yougurt. I am lactose intolerant and I had to go and buy them at the local supermarket. There are plenty of food you can have if you ditch the dairy though.

The sea view from the balcony was lovely and a highlight of the stay. However, the balcony itself was not clean, with noticeable debris on the floor, which took away from the overall experience.

The property was not child-friendly or easy to access. We spent nearly an hour trying to locate the entrance, despite being nearby. The route to the hotel wasn’t listed on any maps or GPS apps, and we had to take a road marked “closed,” which was the only apparent option. When we called for assistance, the front desk was unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us feeling frustrated and unsupported. Staff seemed unwilling to take responsibility or offer genuine help, which made an already stressful situation worse.

Room quite outdated, felt very cold due to the tiles on the floor. Spacious apartment though the kitchenette was closed with cable ties which was quite odd! Pool only open until 8 pm.

We had a room with a pretty view of the sea but aside from that it was awful. The staff was unfriendly, unwecoming and unhelpful. The room was totally thoughtless. Extremely basic with no amenities, literally a shared pump bottle of combo soap/shampoo. Cheap, dated everything. It was stark. The breakfast was robust and breakfast staff was nice, but the ambience of was like a school cafeteria. The elevator door nearly crushed my son and is extremely dangerous.

Child was nearly crushed by the elevator doors which do not respond to/re-open with touch. Ugly, thoughtless room and unfriendly hotel clerk.

The property has an insanely beautiful view! Is super close to the town, literally a 5 minute walk downtown to all of the food shops. It has a lovely pool, a computer to print when necessary, and the staff was decent as well.

The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I booked with my father so we had separate beds and the sofa bed felt like sleeping on bars. Extremely uncomfortable and deeply affected my sleep while there.

It was ok the door lock you had to double check it was locked as when you closed it and pushed it it would come open fan not working in the bathroom just outdated hotel no good for disabled the walk into town is horrendous path and steps very dangerous you would never get a wheel chair there it’s bad enough walking paying for parking a joke when it’s the hotels car park and if you want toast at breakfast that takes 5 min to do on there outdated contraption of a machine get a toaster mate it’s quicker and cheaper to run room was ok but the hotel just needs updating it just looks worn out to be honest but like I said you can’t fault the staff

Superb

The name of the hotel is tricky, and confused us: Here in the city there is two different, a Hotel Mondial and Hotel Residence. But we found on Booking on name "Hotel Residence Mondial". We would like to book in H. Residence, but finally we got the address of H Mondial. That was a little far on the Hill, but was beautiful. It would be necessary to correct the name of the hotel!!!
