Lady that works there is very kind,rooms with good temperature and wather in the bathrom very good.Clean and most importand big FREE parking what bring me there. I recommend to all this hotel! PS. brekfast is TOP.

Second time in transit and slept there. Friendly staff , easy to find and park. Great breakfast.

First impression with check in clerk was negative. Very dismissive. However the cleaning crew were very helpful and understanding when I ask for help

i made a mistake with booking.com on the date of my arrival; i emailed Hotel Victory immediately to notify of such a mistake, and to my surprise Mr Michal Čoupek replied to me almost immediately even though it was around midnight, and rectify my booking also immediately, so that i do not have to pay for a wrong booking; i really appreciate Mr Michal Čoupek's efficiency and speed of his willingness to help, in my honest opinion, i think Michal Čoupek is truly an asset to Hotel Victory and casino; i will truly consider to come back to Hotel Victory whenever travelling near;

Absolutely nothing.

Everything was just horrendous. We were just passing through Brno on our long drive through Europe.First, as we arrive after a 12hr drive, we have to wait about 20-30 mins, as the front desk clerk tries unsuccessfully to process our check in. After a while, she gives up and just gives us the cards for our room.The reception is the same one as the entry into the casino-you cannot entry into the hotel without passing a whole hallway full of slotmashines. (Even though they laughably claim that no minors are allowed in the casino area, there is no other way into the hotel…)Completely NOT child friendly establishment.We are assigned to the second floor, which REEKS of weed smell. The room is one designed for people with disabilities- no notice in advance, as this means the bathroom is completely different from a classic one, however, we understand the need for such rooms.Everything was in complete chaos - the towel was old and stained black and the plastic chair in the shower (designed for people with disabilities) was absolutely filthy and yellow.After one shower, the water was absolutely everywhere on the bathroom floor.We were so disgusted, we have only showered and rested for about 1 hr before leaving.Please do not come here unless you really look for a cheap version of a Vegas hotel.

Only location. Great to stay at if travelling on the D1 but if visiting Brno, it's a little bit out of the way.

The hotel exterior design seemed old fashioned, contrary to the interior design which was super with maximum comfort. It was good value and experience for money spent.
