Hotel was bombing me with the emails many days before arrival asking to chose the room, while this option didn’t work. Staff failed to organize my special request sent a week in advance, stating their internal email to each other got to the spam. Room had a pool like smell of chemicals.

The staff at the restaurant where we had dinner was a bit aggressive; they blamed us for not having made a reservation and forgot what we ordered. None of the resort's facilities, such as the SPA and swimming pools, are included. A bit strange. if you want you have to pay 80 euro extra per person per day.

My room was very smelly, like mold. Changed to another one, which was better but still smelled odd. Common areas feel worn. Relatively expensive compared to more modern options in the area

Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of different activities to choose from — tennis, paddle, volleyball, billiards. The water in the pools was pleasant — warm and slightly salty. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The location is so beautiful - such a lovely and beautiful city.

The hotel is run down and need renovation all over. We have been there 5 times now and see how all has been run down. Some things were broken in our bathroom and outdoors for example the plants/flowers around the restaurant area look miserable, it's not a 5 star experience anymore

A beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean hotel with excellent staff and facilities.

The breakfast was good quality and taste, but a bit less varieties. The pools were clean, and temperature was good. The room was spacious, the two sun loungers in the balcony were pretty comfortable. Also it is really practical that there is a folding clothes drying rack in the balcony. Since the hotel is located in a valley, sun comes around 10 in the morning, and leaves around 17 during Xmas period.

The room was good, but the pillows were a bit too soft and the duvet seems a bit too warm for a room temperature of 24 degree. If we changed the temperature to 20 or 21, it would be cold in the room. The sofa bed is not very comfortable. Considering the standard of this hotel, the sofa bed is expected to be more conformable.

Nice big hotel with everything you need if you want to go nowhere else.

The whole hotel looks to have been put together by the lowest bidder. Walls are paper thin, a lot of the metal objects (from shower heads to napkin holders) are rusty and/or tarnished and it looks 10 to 15 years older than I know it is because it was being built the last time I was in resort.

Room with pool access - very spacious, amazing location (close to restaurant, bar, and of course, the pool)Breakfast - good variety, food station is great, smoothies & prosecco were a nice surprise.Location - outside the loud touristy area of Puerto de Mogan, but within walking distance. Has a SuperDino just a few minutes away.Staff - very friendly, always smiling.Gardens - the vegetation around the pools and throughout the resort is astounding.

Bed mattresses were a bit too soft for our liking, but we slept well (the sun rising at 8AM helped).Room with pool access - it can be quite loud during the day or up to 10PM i.e., noise isolation could be better.Spa conditions make it unusable which is silly given the hotel name contains the word Spa - it's very small, time-limited, children are only allowed for one hour at either 10AM or 5PM and it's not free for either adults or children (quite expensive actually for what you get). Probably a result of how big the hotel is and how small the spa is.

Paddle court and tennis court should be free. Complete board (with drinks) not possible.

The shower had a really bad smell, and there were a lot of insects.Also, we are a couple, we booked a king sized bed, but they just put two seperate beds together which was not comfortable at all and they kept moving. We informed the staff about these issues multiple times, they said they will fix it but nobody came.

All the activities especially the kids activities they are wonderful The broadwalk was not too far

The room was spacious with a great balcony that can be used for sunbathing or just relaxing depending on the sun. The resort was not crowded at all which made the pool area wonderful. Breakfast and dinner buffet was great. Lots of choices each day and dinner was a different theme each night.

The bed was a too soft for me...very little structure. House keeping did not replace items that were used; water, bathroom items.
