We had apartment number 100, which was located downside on hill and facing sea side, kind of private place and very big balcony with table and chairs. unfortunately not much sunlight in morning and afternoon compared to other apartments which gets sun around 10 to 11 am onwards all day. Apartment is next to the warm water swimming pool and sliding pool with terrace. Amazing views from balcony in morning. Sunset view was the best from the balcony. Nice comfortable beds, daily cleaning, kitchen facilities including washing machine and dish washer, smart TV in living space and bedroom, wardrobes and safe.

Floor cleaning was done everyday but very quickly done without much attention. Lady was attending everyday in morning around 10 to 11, which was ideal time for us to get ready and go out. It would have been better if she attend cleaning once guests are out.

1. Bed was fabulous, really comfy and big2. Great wifi inside the room (500mbps+)3. Spacious rooms, beautifully furnished everything you need4. Very nice view from the terrace5. Gym with everything to do a workout and cardio6. Heated pools

1. Need a proper grounds up cleaning. The bathroom was moldy with dirt spots everywhere (added pictures). Jacuzzi was sandy and dirty not cleaned before, so did not even want to try it.2. Below the terrace there was a sewage manhole so it sometimes smelled really bad depends on wind direction. (Room 101)

great place. great view. warn swimming pool - its very important when its a bit cold outside the room was very big. beyond my expectations !we are hard to please but this place was really one of the best successes

The apartment was lovely, the views were stunning, having access to two pools and a gym and restaurant was a great benefit - plus there's a laundry room in the rooms which is so helpful

The bathroom was really roomy but it could do a bit of an update.

I like the outdoor patio, the family room was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean. Excellent stay, will come back!

Could be a bit cleaner in the apartment itself

Nothing, never 4 star hotel !! Absolute max -small 2 star hotel. Only price for living is as if it is high level.)I have genues 3 level at booking , means I travel really a lot for years and know the subject. Different to the other expierences here.

Smell of sewerage canalization together with morning coffee at terrace each day, ants insect everywhere even at your bed, floor- walls - ceiling have not seen a reparation for a lond long time, plumbing - shower ets. must be renewed asap….Gum is disaster - half of the equipment does not work, everyhing is in dust and rust there, very very very old.Same as your furniture in the rooms.Price there absolutely do not correspond to the reality!!Shoose any other real 4 star hotel nearby instead of this fake one.Managers must be fired for this out of hands situation.

Big, clean apartment. Jacuzzi in the room. Large balcony with great sea view. Quiet area. Nice pools( not so big). Shuttle bus to the beach. Lovely bed ( not too soft) and pillows. Everything was great.

There was kitchen cleaner provided and soap on the dispenser at the shower and sink, but some further toiletries would have been nice.

The apartment is well positioned & overlooks Amadores beach. The rooms and balcony are all very generous in size & there is a suitably equipped kitchen. There are 2 sunbeds on the balcony & a table & four chairs for outside dining.

The toilket hadb't been cleaned when we arrived, the shower had been removed from the wall when it was being cleaned and not put back and the dining chairs on the balcony no longer matched and didn't have cushions as on previous visits.

The apartment exceeded expectations. Well equipped, very spacious, fabulous bathroom, nice terrace. parking for the car. easy walk to shops and restaurants at Europa shopping centre. Great view over Amadores Beach

The bed was a little uncomfortable

So far we love it so much ! Our kids don’t want to change hotel anymore. We are near from everything no problem getting food and shopping. 10 mins walk to restaurants is not bad. kids are enjoying. We had Christmas here and we put the Children gifts under the Christmas Tree at the Lobby. The bad experience here is , We had a hard time to get taxi for us coz we have 3 kids and 5 persons are much for the driver idk but that makes me sad.

They don’t clean our bed well. There are still sand and we need to shake the bed sheets off before sleeping.

Very nice apartment fully equipped facing the (artificial) beach. Very quiet, comfortable, plenty of space. Shuttle bus to reach the beach below. Swimming pool with nice view over the sea. For some reason the area seems to be full of scandinavian tourists.

Located in a high density resort area, the surroundings are not particularly charming! Private parking is tiny, you will likely need to park in the street but it was not too difficult to find a spot.
