Good location between resorts, so quiet and relaxing .Had a front sea view room which was wonderful.Restaurant food was good, always fresh.Lovely to see the properties cat policy.. they are well looked after and are part of the family

The main lift was not working which meant carrying suitcases up lots of stepsBusy lines at coffee machines at breakfast, you need to time it right otherwise the restaurant gets very crowded.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the very first moment, the warm and friendly welcome by the staff — especially Jalila at the reception — made our experience unforgettable. Her hospitality was so genuine that we even decided to extend our stay.The food and drinks were excellent, with great variety and different dishes every meal, such as Turkish kebab. Honestly, this hotel is one of the best I’ve experienced when it comes to All Inclusive dining.Our room had a breathtaking sea view, and it was so beautiful that we found it hard to leave the terrace. The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.The staff in every area — restaurant, bar, and reception — were professional, kind, and attentive.Overall, for the price, this hotel delivers value well above 5 stars.

Good for family vacation. We had a good time

The receptionist tried to put us in two separate rooms even though we had booked a family apartment for 5. The manager stepped in and resolved the issue.

Lovely sea view from our room, the buffet was lovely (breakfast, lunch and dinner), great snack bar, good entertainment, little shop for any forgotten items or late night snacks and good room size.

Hard to park car, not the best wi-fi signal, we asked to check-in an hour before (2pm) on the app it was accepted but the hotel didn't allow us to, shower had not been cleaned when we arrived, we had to request an extra pillow as the pillow on the bed was really thin and you could hear every movement from the apartment above us.

Only the tower didnt change one week, but if you ask them they will give you new one.

We cancelled our second week during our stay. Bathroom cleanliness not good. See picture. Toilet leaked. Made reception aware 3 times. Said it was fixed each time. Toilet kept leaking. 4th time on the 6th night, pipe replaced. We left on the 7th day to an alternative accommodation.

Return visit staff lovely and friendly. Food excellent. Will return.

Mini bus service to Puerto Rico would be a good idea

We booked the apartment with sea view and we got it!! Really cozy sound hears inside when the waves hits in the rocks. Perfect vibe.

Unfortunately we got three small in bathroom and one big in sitting room the cockroaches.

The room and the pool were very nice. The Staff were wonderful.

The lack of entertainment of an evening, No background music in bars or poolside.

Food was good although the main restaurant felt a bit like a canteen.

Beach was poor and you couldn't walk anywhere from the hotel. Felt a bit isolated

Clean. Tidy and comfortable. Second time staying here. The hotel has developed to a very high standard. Staff were excellent, food was fantastic ( we went all inclusive) great value. You are a little bit from the neighbouring beaches but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. I would highly recommend the gravel path hike over across the hill into Puerto Rico

Excellent Santi, super professional animator. Can't imagine a better vacation without him. The theme restaurant was great. Wifi worked well. Free parking. Bingo and Kahoot in the evenings and acrobatic shows. There has been fruit papaya, honeydew melon, bananas, apples and tangerines always. Big balcony. 2 rooms, fridge and some plates and glasses. The view was beautiful from the balcony. The water was clean in the pool. Next to Anfi beach is super clean, shallow water and quite warm.

Poor cleaning. The dust under the bed is not cleaned at all. You should ask the reception for clean laundry. Luckily we paid €15 and borrowed the blue laundry. The furniture in the room is worn and the headboards are dirty. The restaurant did not have enough coffee cups and glasses and plates in between. The hotel is full and there were few places to eat. The plastic glasses were dirty in the bar. There was no ice cream in the bar at all, only in the dining room. There was no sparkling wine in the bar or in the restaurant. You can only get it after 7 pm at the beach bar. The cocktails were really sweet and they add sugar. The staff is tired. I got food poisoning once, hard to say where. You can't stay in the hotel area after check out. The entertainment program was the same acrobat and acrobat again. If a child wins in Kahoot/Bingo, they get a bottle of alcohol as a gift, not toys or sweets. The water in the room gets cold after 10 minutes because the hot water runs out. The other person can't take a shower right away. The heated water in the two pools was cool.

The hotel was quirky it was all on different levels & until we found the lifts we walked up loads of steps to get around not really suitable for people with disability with walking, they had theamed nights of food eg Asian, Mexican, Canary, & BBQ which where all very nice experiences in the restaurant on the upper floor

We thought the main buffet restaurant was very noisy, there was a great lack of Adult entertainment & no comfortable area in which to watch it

Location terrible. Couldn't access anywhere unless used public transport or taxis. No entertainment on a night. Snack bar toasting machine broken for 3 days. Slush machine only on 2 days. Didn't eat in hotel once on night due to the lack of entertainment

Friendly staff, Good food - good variety of meals, salads, vegetables. Good location on south - it means very sunny weather. Also the parking was available in the hotel and on the road-side in front of the hotel. We enjoyed a 2-room apartment, where we had enough space. The Ocean view was amazing.

Sea view also means a noise from the Ocean. This is something to consider. Because our home is in the quiet area, the sound of waves and the loudness was quite surprising for us in the first night. But then we get used to it. The hotel facilities are older, what is not a problem, but I recommend to set the right expectations. The hotel is a great value for the money.

The food was good. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Towels were not changed in 4 days. We had to get fresh towels from reception.No entertainment in the evening. Bar closed before 11pm.
