Location, location—dream location! A beautiful property with a fantastic heated saltwater pool. The breakfast buffet was top-notch. Two thumbs up!

None. I had a couple of minor complaints, and they were resolved right away.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, staff was amazing and the pool side was so nice. We loved it. It´s probably also the nicest area with children even though we did not have our with us this time.

The bed was too soft for my taste.

Huge room, about 60 sq.m with large balcony, it was amazing for family. Kids enjoyed pools, stuff is friendly and breakfasts were outstanding!

Bed not comfortable, towels where used for long time and they need to buy new ones. We found Cockroach in the room and hotel staff reaction it normal

The staff is very warm and friengly. Sauna facilities are nice. The pool side experience is brilliant.

The furniture in some places is warn out and is very visible.

Fabulous hotel which was well located and was a great choice for our short trip. Close proximity to pristine beaches with small bars and restaurants if required a few minutes walk away. Well kept gardens, swimming pool and an excellent buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice of live musicians for entertainment throughout the day. Discrete and not overly loud.

Room was great with good beds, lots of space and an amazing view from the balcony. We had 2 connected rooms so we had a table on the balcony and also the bath on the balcony which was great.Great breakfast in a very nice area. You can eat either inside or outside. The staff was wonderful. The kids liked the kids club and there are some things to do on walking distance.

The kitchen is convenient but not enough equipped (missing plates, pans etc).The bathrooms might need a refresh. They looked a little but too much used. The water of the outside pool was too cold to enjoy the pool properly (also combined with a too low outside temperature). There was hardly anyone in it which is a pity for such a nice pool.

Could do with heaters in the bar area as there was no indoor bar.

Location was good and no complaints about the half board.Room was good and bed comfortable.

There wasn't really a focal point in the hotel. Also all rooms face the sea and the sun. We were not allowed to use the electric blind so the sun was on the balcony all the time so we couldn't use the balcony with it's view as much as we wanted.

Amazing staff, really nice breakfast, location is ideal. Everything was close, the hotel had a supermaket and was close to a really nice beach. There was a free parking on site with lots or room for all cars.

Rooms are not well isolated and my premium room had 2 beds side by side instead of a single queen or king.

Love the location, sunshine & the facilities

Rooms are dated. Plus walls are thin so could hear conversation of person next door who talked late into the night.. until 2am… so affected sleep.

Everything was very good. Staff very friendly all over. Very efficient

We were not happy that we could not expnad our departure 1-2 hrs due to owner`s arrival. Not the fault of Radisson.

The restaurant staff and reception staff super friendly, heated pool, close to the Anfi beach, shops, and restaurants. Spacious room. Fantastic sea view. Nice spa.

Staff super friendly, but occasionally left us waiting for longer than expected for bills when they were busy. Not a wide range of food selection as a 5 star hotel. I have been a few 5 star resorts and the food selection at this hotel is not comparable to the others unfortunately. I don't understand why we had to wait to be seated for buffet (maybe due to the number of tables they have?).

Location was decent, pool was quite fine. Food was great. Staff were friendly.

We found a woman's nail on our first day. Meaning that they didn't even vacuum the room. We were also greeted by two brown cockroaches.... one in our bedroom one in the bathroom. Facilities are quite worn. Water pressure not so good.

Swimming pool was supposed to be heated up but it was barely warm. This could have been better. Breakfast was good but no good coffee - I think they can have some fresh beans coffee as an option (capsule ones are not the best).

food is extremely, extremely extremely terrible. We know this is a family resort but felt more like an old age home. Also the average age is around 70+ which we were not unaware about

Overall good service but more than once some small hick-ups (food orders didn’t come, pre-ordered taxi didn’t arrive etc..)

Beds and pillows are horrible, we have asked for one double bed but instead we got two single beds pushed together, they kept getting separated and they were way too soft. We got back pain after couples of days.Rooms are not soundproofed at all, you can hear everything what your neighbours are doing (between two rooms there are doors).Everything is outdated, rooms and pool area need to be renovated.350 euros for one night is not worth it at all.
