Beautiful view of Taurito beach, which is just in front of the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Amazing food! Large and clean room with balcony facing the beach. Very spacious bathroom. Very nice pool and gym. Highly recommend and would certainly go back!

Been coming here for many years reception and staff are all really helpful. The refurbishment is ok

We need the piano bar back and the layout of bar area means that sometimes Queues and shuts for guests at 11 pm unless your in a suite and no entertainment after 10.30 pm

Perfect location, clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of very beautiful places to chill and relax.

Some of staff members don't speak a word of English what makes communication and asking questions difficult.

The communal areas, the pool, and the restaurant are beautifully and tastefully furnished.The accommodation offers a stunning view of the bay.The staff is friendly, and meals were always served smoothly—especially considering that this is a huge hotel with a large number of guests.The food is delicious, though not particularly special.The drinks are of good quality and feature well-known brands.

The rooms didn’t receive as much of the tasteful design as the hotel’s communal areas.They are simple, somewhat outdated, and show signs of use.There are very few elevators.However, the view makes up for these shortcomings.There is a live music program every evening, which can be a bit noisy if you’re spending time in your room. It’s not too bad, but you can definitely hear the party.Anyone coming here should be prepared for the crowd, which mainly consists of families with young children and retired tourists.The hotel is huge and very busy, so relaxation takes on a “different dimension” here.

The view, water pressure in the shower, the lobby looks nice.

The room was poorly renovated, just white paint over the door and wardrobe. The bathroom door doesn’t even close properly because there is too much paint. The food was very bland and all over the place. If they could just choose a theme and somehow stick to it would be great. More choice does not equal better. Perhaps less choices and more quality and taste would be nice. Also, all the food tastes the same, not sure how they manage that. Anyway, the mojo verde is really good there so that will make anything taste decent.

Only issue we had was beds were very squeaky when you moved. (They were very comfortable though).

Location and lots of break out space.

Food, service and hotel restaurant access was very poor all round. Bathroom was tired with missing towel rails, toilet roll holders, towels being old and worn. Hotel room had leaking Air con unit which made the floor treacherous at night. Was fixed on the first day but continued on leaking after another day. Beds were unbelievably squeaky noisy.

The refurbishment has added 2 lifts which helps a lot when busy. Some of the staff were there during my last 4 visits and looked after us well

Restricted restaurant, queues for food and drinks. Reduced menu choices especially vegetarian. Main pool freezing in winter and outside seats for entertainment uncomfortable and cold in the evening and empty most nights

The facilities are modern, well decorated, comfortable. The elevators and the sight are incredible. Just in front of the beach. The rooms are well-equipped. The New Year's Eve dinner was amazing, delicious and diverse food, the environment they created for everyone (decoration, music, attention, etc.) was very special!

The water in the heated swimming pool and children area was too cold. Also, sometimes the waiting time at the restaurant was long and we had to wait in line.

Stupid area dividing into silver, gold. No info on booking!Cold pools.Poor meal in main restaurant. Especially breakfasts!

Very poor management style, food very basic and very disappointing. Long check in time.

Food was nice. 8pm party for kids wqs great and kids pool also, staff polite and nice.

Shower not draining and hasnt been fixed when were there.

The reusabel glasses and plates should have been cleared more. Also the elevator situation is just bad. so bad.

security man at entrance with hand cuffs and a batten checking to see if you had a bracelet or not he did not greet Guests as they came and wentA concierge at the entrance meeting and greeting guests as come and go from the resort

Large rooms, very comfortable beds which are 2m wide in Junior Suite which lets you sleep with your child, which was very handy. Nice view from the window, very clean hotel, very nice staff.

Food was monotonous, tailored to a British tourist (toast, English breakfast, fried and fatty), not much of a Spanish couisine on offer. Terrible coffee! If you want to have nice coffee for breakfast you need for the ocean club to open at 10am (closed on Tuesdays) and pay. Some rooms have a view of a kitchen extractor and are loud (luckily we were able to change to a different room).

The layout of the hotel, the heated pool and the ideal location for sun worshippers!
