Scam whit parking we paying without discount and no one could help us so we paid doble, no tabel in room and nothing at all in kitchen( glasses, cutlery , plate)

Lovely compact resort with a variety of hotels, Lago being good value. Just about every room has a lovely view. Waterpark great and close as is the beach.

Its compact but limited as you can walk round it all in a short time. Bus services are quite good but not brilliant.

When I was planning my holidays to Gran Canaria, I was looking at livvo lago taurito although the reviews weren't the best. I decided to book a room for a week, I will be completely honest… the first few days we're great, there were many activities for the kids, entertainment every night, plenty of food in the buffet,unlimited drinks and ice-cream at the bar and unlimited access to the waterpark, My family and I really enjoyed. One of the days the weather was not the best, so the kids and I went to puerto Rico shopping centre, we went into a shoe shop and bought my eldest daughter a pair of converse shoes for her birthday. Later that day we came to the hotel room and put the converse shoes beside my daughters bed while they were in the box, ( one thing to take note of is , while talking to a friend on the phone I actually took a photograph of the shoes in the room beside the bed) the next day we went out for the day to mogan and when we came back the converse shoes vanished, of course we reported this to the reception and she said they will send an email to the housekeeping department, as we believed that the cleaner may have took the shoes by accident and maybe she taught it was rubbish although it was in a new heavy box and clearly labelled . We still haven't got any information back from the hotel manager other than we need to ring the police. whenever we rang up to speak to the manager, she was really rude, hung up on up four times and didn’t wanna to talk to us, so for this reason we had a really negative experience and not to mention the cockroaches in our bedroom. All in all “a good hotel for three star all inclusive but don’t expect to get any justice, compensation or cooperation if you are robbed. It seems they simply have a policy of.. not our problem if you get robbed!

We liked the (non-heated) water park, the room layout, large terrace, orientation (towards sunset), minigolf nearby

Outside animation was very loud, buffet was rather bland and not always very fresh, chairs outside (heated) swimming pool were dirty

Very good hotel although the rooms are old-fashioned but comfortable and big. The food was okay as expected. The staff are very friendly. The water park beside is also very good. You can rent a cat there. There's a free car park as you come off the motorway, about a 10-minute walk to the hotel. There's mini gift shops and a mini supermarket. Very good hotel for family with children.

There were some ants in the bathroom and kitchen area that was a bit annoying. The dessert options for lunch and dinner are poor, which could be improved, and maybe more choices are added.

Even though it’s an old property it’s very clean and spacious and a stone’s walk to beach..Staff in reception and restaurant all are very polite. Food is ok.

It was a last minute booking on the night before travel and couldn’t get the other 4 star hotel of this one. So was expensive and usually most all inclusive I have visited you can use most drinks and food etc in their bars. In here for the aqua park bar I was told that I can’t get anything for all inclusive for this hotel clients. I have paid for both hotel along with all inclusive services and says aqua park but then in front of there being said can’t use the all inclusive in certain parts of hotel. What is the use then ??Everything in fun park needs to be paid as well as ice cream, cocktails and mocktails etc in bar except some substandard juice given as mocktail for free.Entertainment is minimal but team is good.

Breakfast was basic. Scrambled egg was sitting in liquid. It was my favourite last year but this year was way too watery. Location good. A shuttle from hotel would be great to porto rico. 5 of us travelling. 2 nights no taxi arrived and another night we waited 50 mins as they had none to take 5 people. Very frustrating. Animation team were brilliant. My daughter loved every minute of kids club and big shout of for Amelia. My daughter was crying her eyes out leaving her. Thanks to.all the team.

Only 1 kind of beer Amstel on tap. No cider. The pool bar closes very early. Food cold at the pool. Hard picnic benches sitting on for hours 10 nights stay, wasn't comfortable at all but with the crowds I can understand why you use them.

Water park access, convenient shops right there, proximity to amenities and tours.

The food and drink options need a huge improvement. Neither are very good.

The staff were excellent. Very professional and courteous. They had to deal with a lot of rudeness from other guests.

I didn't like the location. Essentially you are one of 5 large hotels in a valley with nothing else apart from the water park and a small beach. You cannot walk or run in the area as the roads out are too dangerous.

I liked food and localisation.

I didn't like that a week before travel we were informed that Aqua park will be closed. We booked that hotel only for aquapark.

Cleaning bad, drinks awfull, every day the same food ? and very very rude service at the reception!!! IT was the first time that someone treated US like This !!!! Can not belive . When we booked that hotel 3 months ago the hotel Has 7.5 right now is 7.2 IT must be something in air

Spacy rooms with nice seaview from big balcony.In main winter season all inclusive food was very good.Many different kind of meat, pasta, fish, vegetable... sweets and cakes including icecream. Beer and red wine was good. Nice surprise, was afraid reading other reviews but for buffet style allinclusive it was nearly perfect, maybe more fruits was missing.Evening entertiment was nice as well as hotel staff.Car parking was everytime possible nearby, not necessary to pay hotel parking.

Unfortunatelly you can here every toilet flushing, shower or bath taken from your all 4 neighbors very loudly. We have strange neighbor taking bath around 6am waking is everytime..You get only 2 small pieces of soap and shampoo for 2 people for 5 days and during cleaning they were never replenished, you have to search for cleaning lady and ask?Aquapark was closed ( we were noticed in advanced) so except one pool and evening entertainment, there is none free day activity included in allinclusive. Beach chairs and umbrellas cost 7eur and sea is not calm here in most csses as it is on open ocean...

the location and the view are very fantastic

otherwise, everything is great, only the rooms need to be refreshed, the beds and mattresses need to be replaced

Room way smaller than advertised.

Room in a state of disrepair. Cupboard doors falling off. Noisy Aircon. Very few sockets.

The breakfast: was all days the same - could be a greater diversity, for example, I'd like some of these marrokean cakes with candided fruits.. and some nuts and seeds for my muesli, and milk.The meals:The fruit juices were very thinned by water..The grilled meat too dry (should be a hotter flame to get it outside more crusty! and inside still soft).The food in general could have been more tasty and more diversity.The swimming pool: Was -though only deep season - always filled by lots kids with toys (generally not allowed according to house info) The evenings were noisy by the entertainment - ok, this comes with this hotelBut the terrace lights do not switch off until at least half past 10, often until midnight - I definitely want to switch off my balcony light by myself!!!The extra fee for the safe (could be more modern, by the same keycard..)The windows of the very nice glass lifts were very dirty.

It's a great place if you're into water parks, the beach is lovely aswell, the hotel is nice and clean and the food is good. There are loads of shops, farmacies, supermarket.

There is nothing to do after 11pm , the lights are off, everybody goes to sleep, I guess it's not a bad thing as most customers are families with kids it's just a bit unexpected when you're on holiday...

Overall a great place to stay, the location is brilliant, everything you need is at hand, the staf very welcoming, the food is good, the waterpark great, the beach aswell, everyone can find something to do. The entertainment got better by the end of my stay (mid April) so I guess at top season must be great aswell

There's always something you don't like, they can't please everyone in every way, so if you go with a positive attitude and concentrate on the things you like, you will have an enjoyable stay. Great value for money.

Hotel is a long way from anywhere else.looks great inside but our rooms furniture left a lot to be desired.old and well worn.clean yes but dated.

We went there knowing it’s 3* hotel and did not expect a5* service and facilities. We weren’t disappointed. Rooms are big, were cleaned every day. Great location, pool, seaside is all there. Easy access by car to any local (and not only) locations. Food is very average but we only needed our stomachs filling up since our aim was travelling and not fine dining, so was ok also.In general i think hotel is underrated. For the price they charge - it is a bargain.

Food, drinks - are very very basic, def need improvement. Shampoo is given in a little satchet which isn’t enough for one person. No shower gel only soap bar.Rooms are very dated.
