Nice place for a road trip break. Friendly staff... Great Indian restaurant around...

Nothing really to complain about.

Friendly staff who make an effort. Although they struggle to run the big facility for a small crew. I read other reviews with complaints about the pool and cleanliness. That was brilliant when I was there with my family, so that told us, that the hotel does try to improve.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

What you expect for a 3* hotel but could do with a bit of tlc, coffee- making facilities etc.

The hotel has a good location, it is very clean, and its staff is very accommodating. The rooms are well equipped. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are nice, especially for the kids. Good value for money.

The breakfast could have been better (the eggs could be less cooked, the pastries fresher). The walls are very thin - one can hear the noise in the adjacent room.

The breakfast was not enjoyable at all. No selection on the type of eggs, the sausages were tasteless, the orange juice was watered down to the extent that you could not taste anything.

The WIFI didn't work and the air conditioning was too noisy.

Decent choice of continental style food. Swimming pool looked very nice, but we didn't get to try it out as it rained on the two nights which we stayed.

Couldn't get wifi in our particular room, but it was available in other parts of the hotel, perhaps in other bedrooms even.

The staff were very friendly, we were offer the choice out of 2 rooms and picked the biggest, bed line was lovely and room was very clean, parking is attached. Breakfast was ok for the amount we paid. Coffee machine was the best!!

We were in the old part which felt a bit dated, really needed coffee making items in the rooms, bar was closed but owner offered us a free coffee when we arrived. Shame there was ham in the scrambled eggs :-(

We liked the pool.

The main problem was bed bugs - I got over 30 bites. Eventually it completely ruined my holiday due to profound skin irritation. We booked room for 4 persones (2 adults and 2 kids) but there were only 3 beds. The staff did not speak English.The breakfast was poor.The pool, main attraction of the hotel, was closed due to cleaning in the morning.

Really comfortable room. Air conditioning excellent. Lovely balcony. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Breakfast never changed. Although we were informed that we could check out late we were asked to leave by 12 o clock check out time. Although an ATM was supposed to be available there is not one at the hotel.

It was very clean, and we could check in late.

We were not asked whether we wanted a twin or double room, and we were given a twin room. We were to tired to ask to change, but it would be nice to ask.

The room was huge with a large balcony, it was well furnished and very comfortable.. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Nice hilltop location with lovely views of hills and town. Nice little swimming pool. Staff member ELLSA was extremely friendly and helpful. (Thanks ELLSA) Nice room,clean and tidy.

Bar wasn't open although ELLSA sourced a couple of cold beers for me.

Been to this hotel in thd pass, though this was the first time staying in the new part, And it was very bright and clean Staff as always was very helpful and polite

Still no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms ??? Breakfast is very thin on the ground

Plenty of free parking.

Few facilities (no resaurant or bar open), and there was noise from other guests in the lobby/coridor.
