The staff were amazing

The other residents were very noisy, slamming doors up until 12:30 each night

Good location. Good price for this budget hotel and the breakfast included was fine. Friendly hotel cat!

We booked several months in advance but seemed to be given the worst room, tucked right at the back of the hotel, on the ground floor. The room was dark, only 1 light, no lamps as shown in the photos online and very sparten. The receptionist did give us another room when I said how disappointed I was which was on the 2nd floor. It was still very sparten but did have more natural light and 1 bedside lamp. The parking area was in front of the hotel and would have been fine if the spaces were not so tiny. We parked outside in the street in the end as it felt safer than risking damage to our hire car.

The property was in an excellent location and had car parking. The staff we met were all good.

In our bedroom, there was mould on the door inside the cupboard. No plug in the bathroom sinks anywhere. Apart from that the room was clean.

Strong sewage smell from the toilet, which was not audible only when the windows were open

Mouldy damp patches on bathroom ceiling and hard mattresses which was uncomfortable. No chair in bedroom to sit on. Tatty and broken bedroom furniture.

I loved our stay there it was close proximity to walking to shops and other sights. The room was super great the beds were very comfortable except one had a slight squeak. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and could speak English bonus.

Someone kept smoking indoors and it just permeated the air. Not sure if it was a guest. The hotel is lovely so probably a guest

The staff is very friendly! The equpment is quiet simple but they have everything you need.The place is clean, the steet is calm. Perfect!

Kitchen access could be a bit more modern and cleaner. For some rooms like toilets they were open at night .... nothing big

Large room with two balconies and a window in the bathroom. Tasty coffe for breakfast. Clean and quiet. extremly good value for money.

Friendly small hotel with a superb location for trips in the mountains, proximity to the centre of Lousa and restaurants, free parking. Our room was comfortable and clean, wi-fi good, continental breakfast very OK. Good relation value/price

Parking place was quite narrow and full

The buffet breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. There was an a/c with heater to keep the room warm and a lovely cat on call at the reception. The rest of the staff was friendly & flexible with the check in time.

The bed was very hard and squeeky - not for honeymooners! The other window in our room was completely missing the blackout curtain so it wasn’t possible to get the room dark for sleeping. There were no chairs on the balcony.

Located close to town centre with good parking. Breakfast self serve and adequate.

No heating in room had to sleep under layers of clothes, basic bathroom. Put you up/folding double bed not good.

Location was perfect for my wifes medical appointments. Breakfast was excellent.If we need to stay overnight again in Lousá we would use them again, very helpful.

Not there fault but we are used to a memory foam mattress and a harder pillow. Next time we would bring ourown special pillows.

There is a sensor that turns on the bathroom light and outside bathroom light... I did not like this as any time I turned in bed it turned the bright lights on... I also think during the night it would wake the second person up if one went to the bathroom.I still give 9 stars as we were able to trip off the power in the room, so turned off all the lights at night and left plugs, aircon and lamp on :)
