It was in a good location.

Cons -

The manager was extremely aggressive and threatened me when we attempted to bring our dogs in despite it claiming to be dog friendly. We had checked in, then took the dogs for a walk before taking them in, he was violently aggressive and ordered us to leave immediately
The air conditioner was over my head in bed and dropped on me all night. Also, the proprietor was unpleasant with us about early check in - he ended up locking the outer door to prevent any attempt to enter before 4:00, a bit surly.
