Campanile NATURE - Aix En Provence Meyreuil

The breakfast was fresh, tasty and rich in options. The room was clean, with a water boiler and free infusions. The staff was kind and professional and the location of the structure near the highway allowed easy mobility for job purposes.

The room was poorly illuminated even by artificial light. There was no safe box available to store valuable objects while going out. The soap in my bathroom had not been properly refilled prior to my arrival.

it was convenient for the place we had to be. Welcome was fine and the room was also fine, although much too hot. I would think you could leave the rooms at 20degrees, they wouldn’t take long to heat up if you wanted them hotter…. The meal in the evening was ok although a little strange, as we were expecting the usual Campanile buffet type dinner. There was a confusion the next morning about the bill but it was eventually sorted out without problem. On the whole à good stay although in a sort of ‘weird’ position!

Basic hotel but quite expensive.

The location: the hotel is located in the green area not so far away from the autostrada so it was more or less convenient to get there. Also it's nice that the hotel accepts travelers with pets (even for an additional charges).

No soundproofing, I couldn't sleep because I heard one neighbor throwing up and another talking on the phone all night.The bed was uncomfortable, very creaky and it was on wheels.

This is a good hotel if you have dogs ... The rooms have carpet, and it is stained...should be removed... Staff and breakfast pleasant. Location ... It was a bit out of town, good if you have a car.

Breakfast/restaurant area was very clean and well presented.

Not enough pillows, the room had a fan which wasn't very cooling at all. There seems to be some flooding somewhere because the floor near the wall was damp.Reception were unacommodating, we had a weeding to go to at 4pm and they wouldn't let us check in til 3pm.

The room was so cozy and comfortable, the parking was safe just outside the rooms area, the dinner was fantastic! We liked everything and would return :)

An miscommunication due to a language barrier: I speak horrible French but I really try, and they don't speak English. I phoned prior to booking to confirm they were open (due to Covid) but I was told they don't speak English nor any other language, just French, so that was funny, and it lead to a misunderstanding but they solved it. All went well, and we loved our stay!

Cold coffee for breakfast Key didn't work for my room!!!!! was locked out until 1.37am!!!!!!!!!

The lady on the desk was on her own and was superb!
