The room with whirlpool was spacious and nice

hotel listed there was bike rental - but that is not offered. hotel listed there is a shuttle to city center - but that is also not a real offer. Far from city center. Hotel becomes dance club at night.

It was unique

It was really quiet. The square toilet was really uncomfortable. It was dead. No action. No bar. No people. Weird vibe.

The room was much larger than expected, and warm on what was a very cold night. Manager very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well.

The staff was very nice and most helpful. There are spa and exercise rooms that we did not use. The restaurant was nice and the holiday dinner was fantastic for all the families.

We booked the last available room. Well the room was equipt more for spa experience not sleeping. There was no door on the bathroom which left no privacy.

The waiting staff was nice. They memorized our orders in the morning and was very nice to my daughter.

During my recent stay at a supposed 4-star hotel in Italy, I was extremely disappointed with the experience as the hotel fell short of its claims. From rude staff and poor cleanliness to underwhelming amenities and lack of maintenance, the overall stay was disappointing and not worth rebooking. The family amenities were also lacking, with locked play areas, hazardous spa conditions, and unattended pool areas, further highlighting the hotel's shortcomings and lack of necessary staff support. Additionally, the elevator was janky and would close on you while entering, adding to the list of issues with the property. The facility seemed to be underconstruction. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Italy.Also the square toilet seats were incredibly uncomfortable.

Decor is very outdated; building needs repairs outside and inside. Breakfast was absolutely the worst

Party hotel

There was party till very late nigh and no one at reception advised us about it during check in. Quite terrible experience

The staff were welcoming. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate.

The hotel looked a little tired. The restaurant was closed which meant we had to go out for food. We were warned against walking into town or down the road to get food at night. The breakfast cooked food looked like it had been there for hours.

The location is convenient, as well they have big parking and the room was good for our needs (we booked a suite with 2 rooms)

The breakfast was very bad, dishware was dirty, we stayed in the hotel twice this year and last year, and both times there were hairs in the food. Something needs to be changed there, either not provide breakfast at all or make it decent

Really lovely breakfast, good variety and choice and very attentive staff. Lovely to have fresh orange juice.

Relative lack of storage space in room, and lack of towel rail and hooks in bathroom

The room was a good size, clean but very basic. The shower however was tiny. The staff are friendly and attentive. The pool is ok, but being dark in colour the various ledges for different sections made it quite dangerous (in my opinion) for the kids to use. Breakfast was ok. Lots of fresh pastries, but not a lot else - I would get there early if you want a better selection!

The bathroom could do with refurbishment.

Dogs are accepted but not in the restaurant, so we were directed to the associated bar/cafe down the road to get a snack lunch. As we couldn't have breakfast in the restaurant because of dogs, we agreed to have it served in our room. Charged €5 each for the privilege. Room decor a bit drab

The dinner was excellent, hotel chef waiter and recepcionist were very very kind.

The breakfast was wonderful and the room plus balcony were fabulous. The pool was exceptionally good. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and told us where to park when we went to see a Napoli football match. Ideal location for anyone wanting to stay near the Napoli football stadium.

The beds were large and comfortable. Breakfast and service was excellent. Included parking was a bonus.

The information regarding pool access was slightly misleading. We had thought that pool access was included with the stay but this was not the case. There is a significant additional charge to use the pool. Also, booking.com indicated that the room could host 5 by adding an additional bed. This was not the case as the hotel room cannot accommodate an additional bed in the particular level room that we reserved. If this is a requirement I would certainly clarify prior to booking.

They have spent most of the effort and money in their reception area and hence the rooms are neglected. Parking was good.

I would rate this worst stay. The owner is rude and got aggressive and stated shouting when we requested to change the room, the staff was helpful but after the issue was reported the reception lady chose to avoid speaking in English. The bathroom had black mould in it. The shower pressure was very low and the shower kept falling. They did not accommodate any requests, they do not give you iron too being a four star hotel. Gave us a room facing the pool even after knowing they had parties booked for all nights and loud music playing after midnight, this made sleeping uncomfortable and we were travelling for business. There is no Internet in the room and they advertise free WiFi in rooms is a lie. You only get good signal in the reception area. Breakfast was very basic too, eggs were never hot even if you go at 7 or 9 am. Terrible stay, will not stay again and will not recommend.
