Park Plaza Belvedere Medulin

The breakfast was very divers, everything was fresh, and delicious. I like that there were fresh fruits and tuna. There was a nice selection of bread.

Staff is very friendly, and willing to fix problems on spot. Dinner and breakfast were nice.Also indoor pool and spa were included at the price.

Extra bed wasn't comfortable.

The staff is very nice, the room very clean. Close to the beach. Breakfast was exceptional with a lot of dishes to choose from, dinner the same. The location is very quite. Probably the best 4 stars hotels I've ever visited.

You have to pay for sunbeds and umbrella 26 EUR/day for 2 persons.

Foe the price absolutely nothing.....maybe the parking because was available

Rooms not cleaned daily,or at least tidied up. Found spiders in the room means no dusting or vacuuming was done during our 4 day stay.

The room didn’t have sleepers, extra soups, shampoos, etc., small things what good 4 star hotel should have

Everything was great, rooms are nice, staff is very polite and they have excellent breakfast and dinner with wide variety of choices

Great stay for a few days, large carpark was ideal, 2 fantastic pools, pleanty of sunbeds, bars were always manned and quickly served, location to beach was perfect, breakfast was outstanding, so much to choose from,

Security could be better, nobody locked the back door during the night, anybody could enter the hotel. Also staff is not keeping eye on tourists who throw their towels for weeks on sunbeds and never removed them. We were forced to remove towels ourselves to get to lie somewhere, but it should not be our job to do it. Other hotels have staff who takes care about this. When it comes to Spa staff, felt little bit like they looked down on you for some reasons. Massages were average.

Area has great sunbathing spaces around the hotel beside and far from the pools and beach bar.

The hotel doesn’t have his own beach. In front theres ia public walking street and then public beach, where’s hard to find a free spot.

The breakfast offer is extraordinary and even if you stay in the hotel for a couple of weeks, you will not always have to eat the same. Everything was very tasty and very clean and tidy. The parking space is large, although there are a lot of people who seem to have a problem to walk one minute from the parking space, to the hotel entrance, so they like to park the car on the roads inside the parking space, which makes everything narrow for anyone with a larger car.

Less loud children would be much better, and more parents who take care of their children would have been even more better. For that reason, the swimming pool is not to be used at all, unless you want to spend your holiday listening to the screaming children from early morning, until the evening. The balcony would be much more useful it if would be covered.

Good food, lovely location, nice staff great gym and facilities

Generally buffets are not so hygienic because people touch everything (even not on purpose) - even though it was nice that there is a gluten free corner, I feel like there was some contamination as items were placed right next to the bread and crumbs. Might be worth to make it an off-limits corner in the future.

Location-location-location! Excellently located, sufficiently big -- hence not overcrowded (breakfast is the only exemption) - and well equipped, nicely decorated hotel. Directly at the seaside with lot of summer-related amenities, at geographically one of the most beautiful parts of Istria. We will definitely come again!

No real issues noted. We prefer harder beds, but it might be matter.of personal preference... Bathroom without sound-proof doors, so don't be surprised...:-)

Rooms were nice and comfortable.Very nice restaurant with alot of options.

Pools had a certain smell.Windows in room were unable to open.

Its kind of sad that you pay a pretty penny to stay in the hotel and yet you don’t even have free water. For dinner, you have to pay for drinks, 0,75dcl of water is 4 euros which is, in my opinion, insane.

Restaurant staff should be more educated about the drinks they offer.

Everything! The room, beach, breakfast, location, view... perfect, really! The free EV station! It was the best.

One thing we noticed is that EV charging access could be improved. During our stay, the EV charging station was occupied by a car for two days (and its battery was probably full in a couple of hours). To prevent this, perhaps a system to track which room is using the station would be helpful. This could be done by linking the charging station to the room key or through another tracking method.

We left after 1 night though we initially booked for 4 nights. The hotel is very basic, not 4 stars, 3 is a fair one. It is so big that except for reception it is hard to keep clean. Towels in our room were washed but still stained with blood(?). Air conditioners in the corridors were covered in black dust. Swimming pool is not big for so many guests so the usual battle with people reserving sun beds from the night before. The staff was stressed and overworked. Poor two baristas trying to make coffees for the crowd. Things were worn, noisy. The beach is public and you need to find paid sun beds. The area is loud touristy with sellers shouting at you as you pass. Not a comfortable leisurely quality holiday we expected. The positive thing is that we got a refund for the rest of our stay and booked us another place away from Medulin.

Fantastic breakfast, no fighting for deck chairs, plenty of spare ones. Good animation programme. Very good hotel bistro at beach, very good food with good price. Free charging for EVs absolutely above expectations
