The room wasn't clean. Sheets and pillow had stains. The shower looked as if it hadn't been cleaned

Inner swimming pool, friendly staff, and basic but decent breakfast. Comfy bed and pillow.

Small and a bit dated bathroom.

They have now a indoor swimming pool in 2016 when I came with my children even the elevator wasn’t working, now it was and the little touch of the pool after traveling it was just good

No parking near for disabled people

Hotel was situated in a lovely town with local shops etc however if you do not have a car it is hard to get from place to place. The room had mould. The room didn’t feel safe to leave valuables with no safe . The walls were thin. There was a games room however paying 3 euros for an hour of pool is expensive. There was only 2 useable sockets which weren’t in the best place.

The breakfast was very complete, staff was very kind and the location is one of the best in town.

The balcony room didn't close and the room was in the first floor, so felt a little insecure.

The bathroom needs some renovation. We went exactly at the time breakfast started (according to what was written on the door and on the website) and the buffet was already half-empty.

Nice staff, good sized room, included breakfast.

Thin walls, there were kids next door screaming until 2 AM, which prevented ud from sleeping. At 6 A the staff started making noise also, so all in all a very poor nigh of sleep.

Note that you can not use the pool without a swimming cap. The air conditioning in our room did not work.

The indoor pool was a nice feature for the kids; the room was spacious enough for 2 persons and 2 kids up to 6 years (providing they sleep with the mother on the master bed and you on the couch/extra bed); the breakfast was plenty of choice without being too much extravagant: bread, household cakes, fruits, milk, coffee, juices, cereals, cookies, charcuterie and cheese.

The hotel are in need of urgent renovation in some areas: the bedroom access door was broken, the bathing facilities in the pool were inoperable, the aluminium window/door of the outer room did not have a working lock...

Overall the hotel met a medium/high standard. The view, the breakfast and the location. The room was very comfortable.

The toilet in the bathroom had a urine smell. The games room had a humid smell.The snooker table needs a new clothe.

The staff were really helpful, and friendly. They were considerate, and especially helpful with showing me how to access transport to nearby towns. I enjoyed staying in beautiful Luso, and I'd be happy to return to this hotel.

Not very clean. Bath with matted hair . Not fresh and clean smell. Towles with stains and hair found. Breakfast with good variety but poor quality products. Bread was fresh and good. Small fruit variety. Water tasted rusty

It’s a large family managed hotel, with a familiar sense. It has a lovely spacious sitting room by reception and aworking lift to get you to your room. The cleaning staff are very friendly and the hotel owner is a legend.It’s located right in the middle of Luso centro so all is inreach. The bedroom has good air conditioner which isbrilliant for the hot days. This hotel has loads of potential and I know it’s beingimproved each year.

The pool area needs proper ventilation for thecondensation. Bedroom housekeeping needs a little more attention, in particular hoovering the floors. The sitting room on the 4th floor needs to become functional. Its currently looking more like an abandoneddusty room. It’s a shame because it could be a lovely space. The reception staff needs to have a space for their discussions away from the clients space. They are often heard and seen arguing and shouting with each other.

The bed is very confortable.

Shower takes time to get heated, and it doesn't have lot of pressure. Breakfast could improve a little bit.

I work online while traveling, and was staying at a friend's place in Penacova, but it was super cold so I came here because I saw it was a good price and had WiFi and air conditioner heating in all the rooms.I was very pleasently surprised. The staff are so friendly and super helpful, the hotel was dated but with super comfortable beds, with a spacious breakfast room, indoor dip pool which I didn't try but good to know fur next time. The room had great curtains fitted blackout, no street noise over night, and best of all the bath has spa bubbles!! The hotel decor is old, fashioned, but it's stacked full of interesting artwork and the location is just brilliant, 20 mins walk to the forest and 30 mins to Buçaco Palace. I will stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the price wasn’t too big.

The room wasn’t very clean, breadsheet was with stains, towels with holes. There was a strange smell in all hotel.

The staffs are really nice and helpful! The hotel is situated in the center of the town, parking is easy and the breakfast is of good quality for this price as well.
