The staff at this hotel are genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel is connected with a very nice restaurant. The rooms are large and well appointed with the needs of most overnighters. Daniella the rever and person who checked me in was very helpful arranging a late dinner for me to take to my room. In the morning, Joana, was equally helpful and made a fantastic espresso as well as remmebering me from my previous stay.

The attention to detail in cleaning seems to be a little lax. The shower in this room was configured in such a way that you could not adjust the spray to avoid getting water all over. I told the staff and they seemed intent on fixing it.

Easy location, really good value for money, clan and tidy.

Disappointed as we pre booked dinner but on arrival was told the restaurant was closed. There was a snack bar serving similar foods and Sam’s prices

Good location close to a main route. Room was a very good size, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities are good, having both a bar and restaurant on site, making it a very good overnight stop.

The hotel is on a hill and it looks like you should be able to access via either the ground floor or 1st floor through the bar. The ground floor contains a restaurant and what looks like it should be a hotel reception, but you can’t access the hotel this way easily on check in, you have to go into the 1st floor bar and check in at a small temporary table. You also can’t charge you restaurant meal to your room so it. Lastly there are no signs on the outside to say you must check in on the first floor, so if you park you transport on the lower levels of the car park you then have to get upstairs to check in…its just badly organised and feels disjointed.Also, the aircon in the room had to be set to hot to run cold and cold to run hot…No problem that its set like this, but they should put a notte to say it works the wrong way around rather than leave you to find a member of staff to ask why the air con is not working!

The rooms were great, very clean and the staff were all excellent, very helpful.

We did not have a car and the location was not good for us, There was.no public transport and the taxis and ubers were very unreliable

The hotel is a little out of the way for the Caminho route. However, the staff were great, the room was clean and nice. In the evening I went to the restaurant downstairs and the food and service was excellent. I do not speak Portuguese but the waiter greeted me and then helped me through the menu and directed me to local specialties.

Needs to be a drop box for keys when people leave early, before staff start.

Big room, perfect for a short stay. Very nice people working there. Bed is comfy enough and the bathroom is good

If you're walking the Camino is a bit out of hand, but still recommended if closer accomodations are not available!

We enjoyed the space in the room, the view was really nice and the location is great. We also appreciated the fact that the room has a bathtub.

The only thing we felt could have a bit more variety was the breakfast options, but that's a more subjective thing of course.

I found a empty bottle of water from the previous guest, someone break into my room when I was inside, beds like rocks, minibar doesn’t work, breakfast is basically ham, cheese and bread… no one in reception nor at check in of course not at check out.

Nice to have a restaurant right there. Rooms are large and clean. Aircon works good

Beds weren't comfortable, showers are basic, location has nothing aside from whats there.

The hotel has an excellent restaurant. The suckling pig is a must. A young waiter, with knowledge of English, very attentive. The receptionist Carmen, who also served us breakfast the next morning, is fantastic. I hope her name is Carmen. I even wrote it down, to thank her, and then lost the note. Especially a wonderful person. Also Elvis, who was unobtrusively at his service every time. Two people for every compliment. The rooms are large and tidy.

Great value for money. Stayed with wife and 2 + 1/2 yo. Although they only have 1 crib and couldn't provide me any the stay was pleasant. We didn't have an issue but, be aware that there is a curfew at 24:00 up until 8:00 o'clock. The beds were for a couple (small if one is big) but ok. There is a huge parking lot and a tesla charging station with at least 8 charging points.

Perhaps an upgrade to beds and having a couple more cribs. Location is at around 25 min to city center (Coimbra) but when moving with car is ok.
