Staff should be more prepared to support room issues, room should provide more inlets, internet Wi-Fi must be improved.

Charming building keeping original style, very clean, very nice staff, good breakfast, bed mattress very comfortable.

building need some attention in some small but very frequent issues like door lock damaged from inside and key not working properly, door in the toilet in a very poor state..

I like the INATEL rooms that usually offer what I'm looking for: good value for money. All the essentials provided for the money paid. This time, I liked the nice employees, the location and the building and facilities.

I didn't like the fact that I paid for a double room for one night and arrived in a single room with a single bed and a hot room like a sauna. At the time of arrival and on this location, it was late to find an alternative. And I was tired after a day of walking trails. I've asked at the reception what happenned and the answer was that the website accepted my reservation but the hotel had no more rooms available. This was the only one available. No empathy or alternative.

Comfortable bed, staff at reception and bar were friendly.

The room needs renovation, bathroom was very old and in bad conditions.Because it is an old building we could hear people talking in the hallway early in the morning.

The old hotel is beautiful but all wooden. Floors or tiles, lots of doors banging, trolley cases rolling up & down, no respect at night for people sleeping, the people above room 312 were moving all the furniture around from 10pm for a couple of hours, old bathrooms wouldn't stay again

staff rude on reception huffing and puffing when I went to check out and ask for fiscal number on receipt. check in really unfriendly abrupt. only one plug in room not by the bed, which was for the fridge.

Good overall value for money.Everything was very clean.Access to the pool included.Nice view from the bedroom.

Old facilities that should be renovated.Very small shower, someone with low mobility would struggle a lot.There's no soundproofing whatsoever, you can ear everything from the corridor, rooms nearby and upstairs.You may have to park the car a little faraway and climb back to the hotel, since only street parking is available.

Very basic breakfast. Location great. Rooms basic but OK. Overall comfortable and great bargain.

Lovely old hotel in the charming town of Luso. Recommend especially for a recreational holidays.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Good location, walk away from the center . Nice old style hotel. Fair breakfast, although coffee at the standards of Portugal was poor .

When full it’s hard to get a parking space. Pool was not open before breakfast (yes some want to swim before). Not use to the hot and cold water tabs to be separate.
