Spacious and spotlessly clean room with a large balcony as well! The owners are polite and welcoming, and the breakfast is satisfying. Overall, a great value for money choice.

Breakfast is served until 09:30, which could be more convenient if extended at least until 10:00.You definitely need a car for anything, but this is something known in advance.

Amazing place, looks and feels brand new, the room was large and clean and the breakfast great. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The owners were extremely hospitable, kind and helpful. The location is great, a short drive to a lot of fantastic beaches and tavernas.

The view is fantastic. We saw a lot of rural Kefalonia with this as a base. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. So close to Petani Beach, it was perfect.

The time of year we went, the pool was too cool to enjoy. It is a bit remote. You need GPS to find your way.

The host was exceptional. Very accommodating with everything we requested.Well located for our purposes with pleasant views.We will be back.

The property is very contemporary, well equipped with a lovely swimming pool and views over the valley. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. Ramona the housekeeper was lovely and showed us around.

Unfortunately on arrival our sheets were dirty, the bed linen had not been changed. We did not notice this until bed time and we did not have a phone signal to call anyone. We only stayed one night and during this time there was no hot water.

Brand new and amazing suites hotel. The brothers that operate the hotel took care of everything. The room was always clean and comfortable.

Lovely, brand new property. Spotlessly clean and Ramona, the house keeper, was just amazing! So so friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble and lots of recommendations. Aircon and shower were great and the beds were very comfortable.

In the maisonette apartment there were two high windows, which didn’t have any covering, so it was very bright in the early mornings.

Friendly staff , very clean , is only 8 -10 minutes driving to Petani Beach , it has a nice view !

Beautiful and thoughtfully designed property in a peaceful location with stunning sunset views. Still feels like new and perfect with the pool and sunbeds which we often had to ourselves.Room was perfect, had everything you need, comfortable beds, well equipped mini kitchen.Wonderful, friendly hosts Ilias and his brother who were very welcoming and provided a great breakfast each morning, as well as the charming Ramona who gave us excellent taverna recommendations.

Nothing we didn’t like about the property. We had a car which is needed as there are no tavernas or shops in walking distance, which was not a problem for us.

Beautiful new suites just above Petani beach. We had a family room which had a mezzanine floor with another bed. The room was spacious and well equipped and the shower in the bathroom was very good. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and hillside. Fabulous buffet selection of food for breakfast. Staff were very helpful when we lost our wallet and even called the police station for us.

A new hotel with a huge room, featuring an incredible view of the pool cascading and overlooking the sea. Amazing sunsets. A new bed, an extremely comfortable new shower, luxurious and plush towels, and a new smart TV that you can connect to with your phone. The hotel is simply perfect and not to be missed. It’s close to restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia.

Super modern apartments, very nice pool and all thats there its new and clean, towels, sheets, duvets. The Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful

We had a great stay in a beautiful part of Kefalonia with really friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way for us. Really quiet spot and lovely pool, amazing sunsets!

Because we were out of season, mostly needed to drive to tavernas for dinner - but this wasn't an issue and anyone staying here would come by car I think. Also in summer everything will be open so depends when you stay!

The location was great as the hotel was minutes away from Petani Beach and 15mins from Ammos Beach. Myrtos was a little farther due to the closure of the Winter Bridge. Repair in progress, not sure when this route will be open.Hotel is new so everything functioned as designed. Heating worked great as a few of the nights it was cold so we turned on the Heating for 30mins to warm up the Suite. Kitchenette was perfect for preparing a light dinner if you don't want to drive out to eat.Good size balcony with a table to enjoy some wine while watching the sunset.WiFi was stable and fast.Pool was open but it was still a little cold to jump in.Even though, the hotel was next to the road, it was quiet when a car passes by. At night, the area is quiet except for the occasional barking dogs from the neighboring houses. The Breakfast area is still under construction so Breakfast was provided in the suite every morning.Most importantly, the Owner, Ilias was very helpful with local information and reply promptly to questions via WhatsApp. Many thanks Ilias for letting us enjoy your new hotel. We look forward to returning at the end of Summer so that we can swim at Petani and Ammos Beaches!

I would recommend installing more hangers to hang the towels in the bathroom.

Everything was perfect. The property has only been opened since September 2023 and is spotless. Beautiful sea views, great swimming pool. The owner was there waiting for us to arrive and the young man was very polite and helpful. Exceptional stay. Thank you.

Only 8 suites so lovely and quiet. Very tastefully furnished and really lovely.

You need a car as it’s in the countryside

The decor and the spaciousness of the room were a breath fresh air after a pokey Airbnb in the days before. We booked last minute and got great value for money. Ramona (housekeeping/reception) was lovely, good spirited and very open - she gave us some good recommendations. We slept brilliantly and the Mountain View was great in the morning. A very well connected spot by car.

There were a few signs that the place was new and getting off the ground, only little things - the loo roll holder spun around, and the bathroom door only closed after a number of times closing it and didn’t lock. Would also have loved a laundry service. When this place is fully up and running next season, it’s going to be a jewel in the crown!
