The water could be warmer in the pool

The views are to die for.

Jacuzzis not warm at all. They were barely warmer than the pool. This was very dissatisfying. Room was not ready at check in.

The private sauna was great, beds comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A bonus was the pools at the actual hotel.

Spacious apartment, great pool, good vibe.

The apartments are in a separate building from the main hotel, pool, restaurant etc. It's only about 100m, but it's uphill.

Quite expensive, our apartment a little used but OK.

If you have sauna in your apartments then you’ll be able to go only to pools in spa area

The accommodation offers a wide range of services. The wellness area is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the hotel's cleanliness was up to standard. The restaurant was also good. Overall, we had a great time and plan to return in the future. For a three-star hotel, I think it's a very good choice.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. The breakfast selection was fine, but I think there could have been more options. There is free parking available, although it's a bit further from the rooms. What we didn’t quite understand was that the heating worked in the evening but somehow always turned off during the night, so by morning the room was cold. This was probably the biggest downside, but overall, our stay was very positive.

We booked an apartment with our own sauna which was very nice. The apartment was clean, it was silent and the kitchen and bathroom were very modern. Also the Pool was included in the main house, which was nice. We loved the fire place!

The sauna and steam room in the main house were not included. Staff was friendly but also seemed not very motivated

Check-in was at 4pm but we got our room at 6pm, without any apologies from the staff. "It's because we're busy". The staff at reception that day couldn't care less, was unfriendly and not helping at all. It was really not their problem.When we got to our room, we realized that the parking to go down was very narrow and preferred to park on the top floor. Meaning we had to walk 5 floors with a heavy suitcase, a child in a stroller, and our other bags. The room was poorly decorated and seemed like it hadn't been touched since the 1980's, and it smelled humidity.Also, we noticed that sheets were missing from one of the rooms. We asked the reception, and after 4 hours without getting our sheets when I asked again, reception said they couldn't tell me when I would get my sheets. I had to go myself ask for the sheets to the cleaning staff. In what hotel do you need to chase staff to get you sheets??

Very nice location in the mountain side. Charming hotel in the Austrian alp style. Nice pool arena both inside and outside, with tanning beds and the best view over the Wallet and the mountains.

Our appartment was a bit to old and worn down to our taste, but still charming and with a great terrasse overlooking the mountains. The cleaning of the room could gave been better.

Great value for the place. Awesome pool and amazing sauna facility. It took a while but the room sauna did work at the end! The kitchen facility is also nice .

Washing machine didn’t work at first but Techniker came to fix it. It still didn’t finish but we managed to make it work. Maybe updating some washing machines might be necessary.

Apartment was very clean. Sauna was great. View is super. Communal Pool and jacuzzi great.

Bedroom a bit cramped with a large bed in it! And no space to place suitcases for unpacking.

The apartments exceeded our expectations - it was a great space with a stunning view and all the facilities that we needed!

We would have loved dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper in the room.

Good location, just above Matrei in Osttirol, great views and unique access to the hotel - via funicular !!!Hotel is quite big but the way, it is located on the slope of the mountain, make You feel it's more familiar and rather like small mountain resort. Anyway it's comfortable and clean - in spite of the room we were given.Very good swimming pool and spa area: big pool, sauna, jacuzzi. Outdoor pool was close in the morning.

The room was very basic, small and uncomfortable, old and used (used too much).A little bit overpriced.

Run down hotel. We got a crummy room that was also a bit cold. The last time the room was decorated was in the 1980s. Uncomfortable bed.

Nice location, nice mountain views

Strange hotel plan. Hard to find anything. In the pictures there is a pool, but if you get a number in different building, you don’t get to use it.

The staff (young lady) was very unfriendly, very rude. She made very unprofessional comments like you better communicate with your husband!!! Very unpleasant and unwelcoming. We had a room with one large bed for two persons . We got one bed with separate mattresses with a gap of 10 cm between, We complained about that and showed our reservation with the description. Her answer was we didn't made the description!!! I really don't understand how a hotel have only separate beds for couples!!, very unprofessional The price is too high for such outdated hotel

We liked sauna at apartment and the view at the city down of the mountain. Also pools at the territory were good and excellent breakfast. ??
