The staff was exceedingly helpful and pleasant.

Ivan is a gracious host. The room had a nice view, including a bit of the sea. Very proximate to the beaches and the lovely lungomare.The bed was very comfortable. There is an elevator so access is easy and parking is perfect.

By November the AC must be turned off, we understand, and townspeople light fires in their homes. So if you want to sleep cool, opening the windows is inviting in a cloud of smoke. No fault of the hotel, it's just something that we've seen traveling in November.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The location is unbeatable—a spotlessly clean beach with perfect sand right next door. The staff were incredibly sweet and friendly, always ready to help. And the breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. Highly recommend!

Excellent location, friendly staff. Room was large and very comfortable, with a spacious balcony. Nice pool, we didn't use it since we love swimming in the sea. The sea was beautiful and sand beach clean, many food options near by.

Good hotel & nice pool - but pool bar is closed throughout most of the afternoon. Lido beach is across the street and it was perfect.

Since hotel is animal friendly there were a couple of dog barks throughout the night until everyone was settled.

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions. The suite was very spacious, clean and excellent air conditioning. Breakfast offered a good variety of items to choose from. The staff were helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel was a bit run down. And felt more like an inexpensive motel than a top rated hotel (9.1 rating does not seem appropriate)

The property is on the main road within easy walking distance to the main piazza. We could easily park our cars within the gated premises at no extra charge. The room was suitably sized and very clean. The manager Ivan was super helpful and efficient

Even though we were there during off-peak season at the start of a strong wind storm and hotel facilities were down to a minimum with no buffet breakfast, Ivan was there in the morning to prepare a coffee for us as there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

Stayed for 2 night, very happy with everything! Staff was very helpful and caring! Liked the good quality of mattress and pillows to ensure good sleep!

The location and view of the beach was great. The beach it'self was really good and there was plenty of Restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful.

The junior suite was very small, the bed was uncomfortable, the deck area was large but not inviting.

The pool was great. The breakfast was great. The location was within walking distance of all amenities. Allowing us to take our own drinks around the pool. Most staff were friendly and eager to help.

Entrance from car park is dire and no signage, also needs a lick of paint. Door lock didn't seem to work. Pool area needs a bit of work to make it fantastic, but easily achieved. The bar (could not tell it was a bar) everything needed repairs (woodwork). Young staff supposedly manning the bar, that was non existant no prices (even though they were extremely competitive), if you asked for a drink or ice it had to be brought from the main hotel! . Bar/pool staff could have been keeping the pool area swept and the sun beds clean rather than playing on their phones all the time. We did witness one staff member sweeping the un used table area but swept it so all the dust went into the pool and over residents. Overly personally attentive at times when quiet is required.

The hotel was in a good location, across the road from the beach and a short walk to bars and restaurants. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The staff were all extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for you.

The outside bar area needs to be refurbished as it was tired and not used by any of the guests.

The manager is a gentleman and a scholar. Recommendations were fantastic . Dining and beach club.
