We liked-The size of the resort-Ease of use-Beach

We didn't like:-Having to pay for water at dinner for half board-having the feeling that everything is related to money and spending-not finding a place to lounge at the pool although it is forbidden to reserve (eveybody does it and management is allowing it)-Gym is underground, low ceiling, bad ventilation and a smell hazard-The system in place for timings at dinner and breakfast-The animation team: teenagers doing the bare minimum as per contract

Everything!!! Place is so nice... We'll come back for sure!

Team of animators are really doing great but please try to put more diversity in animation... Not because of kids that enjoyed but because of parents having to listen always the same songs :)

everything....I spent 7 days with my family at the resort without the need to leave it for once. Every day is a smooth, pleasant and easy day

Staff

Several little things about the management decisions make you feel very bad during the stay. You pay a decent amount of money to find out annoying things. It's absurd that one has to pay for water during dinner buffet. Even tap water are not available. Moreover, outside the restaurant there is a water machine which they remove every day at 18:00 just before dinner. They charge 6.5 euro for a small bottle of sparkling water.

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful! We have two bookings, and on check-in we were offered free upgrades for both rooms. The day before check-out, the staff kindly offered us a free stay during the next day until we departed to the airport in the evening. The hotel also nicely prepared welcome gift basket with fruits, sweets and a bottle of wine (? didn't try, as we don't drink alcohol). Hotel room was spacious for a family. The sea view was amazing. The windows were absolutely sound proof. The gardens were lovely! Dinner was wonderful, with many different choices and delicious desserts. The jewelry shop was beautiful. The music performance in the evening was fantastic.

Everything was exceptional! The staff was there to make sure our vacation was great. The beach is sandy, and the food is delicious.

Great establishment with numerous pools and perfect beach spot. The resort is very well kept. The pools are clean, warm, and very pleasurable. There are many chairs so you always end up finding a spot as people switch from the pool to the beach to lunch. It was never a problem to find a sun bed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The animation team was very dynamic: just the perfect touch to be entertaining without being over the top. We enjoyed 3 relaxing days.

We didn’t like the town Malia: a total tourist party town. Nothing authentic. We only drive through it and got worried to think the hotel was right there. But when you enter the ressort, you are in a bubble. Far from the craziness outside. Yet if one were to explore, it’s just outside the gate. You do have a few coffee spots and restaurants walking distance that are totally fine.

There are plenty of activities for young kids.the room with the sea view was good and the staff was friendly

There is a dress code for dinner that I did not know about there for I didn't ate dinner at the hotel more than once (didn't packed long trousers)

The hotel, beach, access to the sea, swimming pools, lounge chairs, surrounding, and breakfasts were fine.

The food served for lunch and dinner was not good and tasteless. It was NOT a Greek food. It was a buffet food cooked for about 500 people. After two days, I could not eat it. It was awful.

Breakfast buffet was lovely. Wide variety of options. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a slightly bigger room which was gorgeous. Overall staff and housekeeping quite friendly and helpful. The beach was spacious and didn’t have to wait for sun loungers. Beach club bar was rather enjoyable and staff were very friendly and chatty.

Dinner menu wasn’t anything special some of the food was rather bland. Also was not aware of reserving a specific table for dinner. Receptionist Elma was a bit rude and stand offish towards end of our stay seems once you’re due to checkout they don’t care anymore. As it was the end of our holiday did not bother making a fuss about the situation otherwise would have complained to the manager.

We had a suite with private pool, it was amazing. great views, room cleaned every day. Staff very helpful, fresh fruit and water each day. We will be back

Pools close at 6 pm!!! That’s absolutely ridiculous

The hotel has a nice private adjacent beach.Several pools right above the beach, with nice and quiet atmosphere.Very nice staff, always available.Water sport on the beach, Banana, Crazy sofa, Jet sky etc.Overall, Very nice experience, everything you need for a great beach vacation.

From the day we arrived till the time we checked out, everything was spot on. The staffs were extremely nice and always had a smiling face. We probably had the best holidays so far. Will highly recommend to everyone. The location was perfect with everything available at a stone's throw.
