Enorme Ammos Beach - Adults Only

The service is excellent, and both breakfast and dinner were great. The beach is very clean, and the water is amazing.

I was not satisfied with the size of the room and bathroom, and I noticed ants on the floor several times.

We very much enjoyed the design of the hotel although it’s on the small side for a short visit just to relax to have everything close by was excellent and relaxing… everything in the hotel is new and well-maintained… The hotel is also directly on the beach and offers hotel guests beach chairs… the beach is cramped, but it is clean and the water is pretty nice… you also have a whole town to walk to in the evenings for entertainment!

Although the room is very well appointed, and we have a lovely balcony with an ocean view, the size of the room is a little bit on the small side… but the bed is king size and still very comfortable… the shower has no glass shower door so the bathroom floor gets a bit wet when you take a shower … breakfast and dinner are included and they try for a variety but it’s pretty much the same food daily so if you need variety, you might get bored with the food, but the staff is great and had a really relaxing stay

Very nice and comfortable room. Very clean overall. The bathroom looks amazing. We had an amazing view over the pool and part of the beach. The breakfast choices were plenty and the dinner was delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Exceptional location and facilities. The morning yoga with Natasha and the Spa services were also fantastic. Both the breakfast and the dinner offered a great selection.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything, with a beautiful beach, yet not too noisy. I recommend the half board option, which included great breakfast and dinner. It’s a pleasant hotel, ideal for relaxation and unwinding.

The rooms might be a bit small, but it’s not a major issue.

At dinner nothing to drink (like water/juice) all drinks are extra cost.We came a big group we were 7 and at breakfast and dinner we were told that they can’t connect tables so had to sit separately.

Enorme was alright, facility wise it aint 5 stars, more like 4 at most.The hotel has an almost perfect beach (beautiful clean waters with clean sand and lounges), youll get the most value from there.Manos and Nikolas were great (waiters), rest are aggressive…

Staff is aggressive, Weird rules that you don’t mention in the booking! We are a group of 5, you didn’t allow 5 seats in the outdoor dinner area, my friend was pushed out of his seat just because he joined us (keep in mind that we are 5 business men above 26, no drunk youngsters…)The value for money is questionable since these rules are there, limitations are too high for a 5 star hotel allegedly.Crete is beautiful, disappointed of the staff.Spa people are great, once again not all, manos and nikolas are top tier people and servicemen

Excellent hotel - friendly staff, delicious and varied food. We eat kosher food, they prepared kosher fish wrapped in aluminum foil on the grill for us. Big and clean room.The hotel is located in the center of Malia. On the seafront, good pool, free parking

It was very disappointing that a 5-star hotel charged money for water at dinner, and there was a jacuzzi on site, but you had to pay 15 euros per person to use the jacuzzi.

Food quality was good, but nothing special food in crete is usually good quality. And the woman in the reception is the only good person in the staff.

As someone who travel every 2 weeks, stay 200+ nights per year in hotels i can say this is the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had, and the most stingy hotel I’ve ever been in.You can’t get another card for your room, so if the card is with your friend and you want to go to the room the reception employee should come with you to open the room, coffee machine in the room only for the view it doesn’t work We are a group of 5 we wanted to set together in the dinner they tell us you can’t its only 4, our friend set and they told him to leave lol they told us let us know in advance so next day we told them in advance they told us you can set separately 2-2-1 on 3 different tables ?? in dinner there is no water you need to pay for it( I’m ok to pay but this was super weird for a 5 stars hotel in malia) in the breakfast you will wait 10-20 minutes to take the omelette and your coffee will come coldThe waitress in the bar restaurant when you want to pay by card will put the tip by himself ( I’m a good tipper always and i told him don’t force tip and i put more on the tip) but adding tip by yourself in a 5 stars hotel or anywhere is a cheap move.In total i know 5 stars hotels and i know this isn’t one of them

The staff was great, each time we needed something, in one min a staff member showed in our room. The pool was not busy although the hotel was fully booked. After check out you get a private shower room with a key to shower and change

This hotel has half board, and in dinner there is no water, all drinks including water are with extra charge and prices are quite expensive.

Comparatively small / compact (in terms of territory and number of rooms) modern hotel with good service, food and location (literally beachfront = on the beach) + reasonable price.

Although there is no space for gardening, the area around the pool could benefit from greenery in pots or something like that.

Our only small complaint is that no drinks are included with dinner. For a hotel of this caliber, at least one drink should be included.

We didn’t like Malia beaches that much, but that’s more of a Malia then hotel thing. Also I wouldn’t recommend Malia for couples, since the city is more for a teenagers.

Luxurious vacation, close to the airport, right at the beach. The staff very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are amazing.

We loved the sandy beach, facilities, food, and comfy beds! The room, every corner at the hotel were spotless clean! Thank you to the lady who wipes the lobby everyday, thanks to her everywhere so clean. You are to eat at alacarte restaurant for one night if you have half pension stay. We enjoyed the food a lot. We will come back!!!

We cannot complain anything, everything was great. Just a suggestion: please inform the guests about the Cousine type at every dinner. That would be useful info for those who wouldLike to skip Asian or Mexican food at that night.

The place is spotless, and the food selection with the half-board is top-notch. The reception staff are super friendly, and the resort manager has that rare, warm touch that makes the stay feel extra special. The pool is always clean, and those chic umbrellas around it just add a really nice vibe to the whole setting.

The beach is a bit crowded and the sun lounger seating crosses the boundary of what amounts to personal space. Basically if you try to stretch out a bit you risk hitting the person next to you or in front of you. And the gentleman in charge isn't exactly the nicest and empathetic person either.

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The staff were all very attentive and cheerful. The direct beach access is fantastic, and the cool bar with tasty food is a great touch. The included meals were just okay for my taste, but there are plenty of dining options nearby or a short drive away. Overall, highly recommended – we’ll definitely return!

The booking system for the a la carte restaurant was overly difficult……..they could have showed a bit more flexibility particularly when it wasnt very busy !
