Dedalos Hotel

The pool was wonderfull. Breakfast great. Best value for money

Room was not cleaned each day and towells werr not replaced

We really enjoyed our stay. The welcome we received was outstanding.The pool and amenities were great. Free parking in front of the hotel was so easy.Breakfast was nice, choice of everything you could wish for.The service was always friendly and everything was spotless.Our room and attached bathroom were not large but we had a nice spacious terrace attached to the room, very comfortable.And not to forget, the location of Dedalos hotel is really really great. Walking distance to all the fun city center and beach but far enough in order to not hear noise.This hotel is really economical and well worth the price.To sum it up : WONDERFUL !!!!!THANK YOU KOULA and thank you to all at Dedalos hotel.

Slab missing in Bathroom to place toileteries, there was a small ledge, most probably fine for a man but a lady needs more ledge place.

The food was quite bad, and not much to choose from. The rooms were not cosy, pool is avalable for a limited amount of hours.

Location of the property is very good. You can easily take a bus from Heraklion Airport to Malia. Then, hotel is in walking distance from the bus station.

Toilet in the pool area can be cleaned more often during day time.

It was everything amazing. Always kind employees, good food, very good breakfast, noce pool, sunbeds.

Koula is the receptionist and she makes you feel very welcome and will help you with anything you need during your stay. Eva is a wonderful lady who looks after you during breakfast, she's so attentive and goes out of her way to assist you as well. Breakfast was nice, varied and plentiful. The pool area was absolutely lovely and well looked after. Hotel location was great as you're close to everything on the strip but far enough not to be bothered by noises from the nightclubs and bars right on the strip. I recommend this hotel to anyone. Great value for money in every way!

The hotel was very nice. It's close to the main strip but you could still not here any noise from outside. The pool was good, but there are not that many sunbeds so you have to be early. The food and the cocktails they served were really good. However the receptionist Koula was our favorite thing about this stay! She is so friendly and nice. I would return just to meet her again.

The breakfast buffet was nothing special. We only went to breakfast once during our 5 night stay, and did not like it that much. It didn't have much variety. Another thing I didn't like was how we only got 1 key to our room. My friend and I were traveling together and she wanted to stay out longer than me so I had to get the security guard to open the room for me cause my friend had the key. And I had to stay there without electricity cause you need the key to keep the electricity on.

Very good location near all bars and restaurants but in a very calm street. There is completely no noise around the hotel, even not at the hotel bar. The hotel is modern and clean. The pool is very nice.

Even the breakfast is in general very good and sufficient it would be nice if the way how the eggs are prepared would have changed a bit.

I love garden in Dedalos. No problems with wi fi great coffe in the morning and welcoming drinks was realy nice

we couldnt lock bathroom door, lock was broken. someone leave a stone behind a door to close a door:-) Welcome in Greece !I think they should just repair it. Thats All
