Beautiful exterior with a pool. Nice terrace. Palm trees create a relaxing atmosphere. Free parking available.

Room service only included making the bed. Shower essentials were limited to shampoo and you had to ask at reception for restocking.

2 minute walk from the beach, nice pool, the room wasn't expensive, large room

3rd floor with no elevator, basic breakfast, the drapes don't keep the morning sunlight out.

Very clean and spacious apartment. The swimming pool is great! Always enough beds available. Staff is very friendly.Breakfast is very nice with a wide assortment fresh baked eggs at your choice.

Great place, I would say one of the best places in Malia. It's close to the main streets but also very quiet at night. Everything was top notch and a big thanks to the very friendly staff! Excellent beach very close.

Lovely new rooms beside the pool, very comfortable

No late checkout option, although we could stay by the pool but no shower available. The constant boom-boom-boom of the music by the pool was a distraction - I had to ask them to turn it down every day - which they did reluctantly only on some days. A shame as the pool area was lovely

Everything was very good. We stayed in the new location. Pool is exceptionall. Ianis is a very good person who always wanted to make you feel better. We will return for sure.

Great location , near the beach and close to restaurants and shops. But quiet. The pool area and the bar looks great. Clean rooms. Air-condition worked perfect. Good value for money.

The pool had too much chlorine (Our swimming suit was yellow when we got out and was ruined). There is no smart-tv in the rooms. No laundry service in the hotel. The rooms and building needs some TLC (in the design aspects).

Hands down one of the best places I have ever had the privilege of visiting in the world. Not only are the facilities amazing but the staff made you feel like family. The city of Malia and its people have stolen my heart. The hospitality of the people were beyond my expectations. These people are humble and authentic. I will never forget this experience and my new friends. I am currently making plans to return as soon as possible.

Spotless , beautiful family run boutique hotel 2 mins to beach lovely pool

We had a wonderful time, everyone was really kind and friendly, Iannis and his team were very helpful, the pool was clean and refreshing, we loved the pool restaurant where you could order anything like cold beverages or pizza and snacks and the hotel is only a few minutes away from the beach. The beds were good, the hotel was quiet, AC worked perfectly. Everything was great!

Super modern rooms, the pool is big and deep.The pool bar and restaurant was super goodFully enjoyed 5 nights over there ,Maria and Gregory from the personal were supper friendly always helped with every thing even perfect places to visit over the island.You can order and enjoy massage next to the pool wich made the experience even over 10/10Rooms were super clear every day also the garden around the hotel is always clear .Recommend!!!

We was the first to stay in the new rooms by the pool and it was absolutely stunning ?, great location too ? , bedding and towels were amazing. family run hotel- all of which are very friendly and speak fluent english. Fantastic cocktails on offer. Pool and surroundings are beautiful. Plenty of loungers and chairs. Would fully recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again ?????????

Forget Greek hospitality :( no wifi during stay, no help from manager, but cockroaces,broken wardrob

No wifi during our stay, no real help from manager. Cockroaces, broken wardrobe, missing linen, missing bathroom amenities, under-equipped room. Staff do NOT speak English. Only photos are pretty :(

Excellent location, mins from beach. Room was fantastic very spacious with twin showers and sinks, plenty of storage for clothes and even a lovely patio area outside with table and chairs. Very well kept boutique hotel with at least another six new apartments due to be open very soon. Pool was lovely, really nice quality sun loungers with a pool side bar excellent for cocktails! Yanos one of the owners was very hospitable, always on hand if we needed to ask anything. Restaurants & bars literally minutes away from the hotel. Would definitely visit again. Xx

Staff very friendly. For breakfast you fill in a form what you want to have the next morning. A lot of choice. Also fried or scrambled eggs, yoghurt and fruit. Great system, this way you avoid throwing away food.Swimming pool area really quiet. Nice area to relax. Close to beach and restaurants
