    Pros +

    • There were 3 pools and there were different animation teams to keep us entertained. Water aerobic, different sport, and also a swim to the island across for kids! There are also two restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bed was comfortable. The room had both an AC and a fan. It was very easy to regulate the inside temperature to our needs. The room was spacious and new. The pool area was claned every morning. There were no mosquitos mid-May. All in all it was an nice stay.
    • Great food, right on the beach, superb pools and gardens
    • Good place, next to sandy beach, a few minutes away (by foot) from Malia city centre. Not far from airport( Heraklion) about 30 minutes by car. Good personal, nice, clean teritory, room service - good, Bravo animation team ( especialy main cheff-super!). Only 30min by car to aquacity.

    Cons -

    • The food was not always the best quality. Especially the desert section was more for the looks than for the taste. Sadly the beach had plastic trash. I think some time should be invested in cleaning the area regularly. The drinks at the bar are basically just sugary liquids. Offering some actual fruit juice would be a big upgrade. As there is an open kitchen you could see the chefs cooking. I think some of the non-stick pans should already be replaced..
    • Didn't stay in the main hotel, stayed in a another area called Sirens village, had great view of the sea but mainly catered for club Bravo, had a DJ playing loud music
    • The drinks from bars ( soft drinks) sometimes looks like only sugar with water, not very tasty.

Location, three pools, entertainment teams and private beach.

Receptionists and waitress absolutely not friendly. A greeting or a "thank you" it costs nothing.

    8CarlosPosted on: 8-16-2024

Excellent location for people looking for a beach holiday.Very good buffets, both for lunch and dinner, with a wide variety of options and staff regularly refilling any items that run low.Very nice staff in the restaurants.

The reception staff, with one exception (a kind man), should be more polite and friendly. The hotel charges a fee to use the in-room safe.

The beach is awesome. Hotel location is perfect in Malia.Territory is also pretty nice, plenty of big palms.

All inclusive is not really all inclusive here.It is needed to pay for safe, beach towel change, some popular drinks(like spriz). Also staff on the reception can forget their own notes.

+All inclusive comprehensive list of beverages +Balcony with amazing view on both swimming pool and beach+Spacious room and really nice bathroom +Very close to Malia main street but far enough to don't hear the noise.+3 different pool and different bar locations+Bar staff very kind and quick, despite being so busy+Food was OK especially meat and Greek food, fish was often dry and overcooked.+All inclusive benefit continues after the check out+Focus on sustainability

-The key card wasn't working and every day we had to go to reception to ask for it to be redone despite not having the card close to metal, very annoying -The Room was never cleaned properly, very often the cleaner didn't pick up the glasses from the room waiting for pile of 10 of those before picking it up, the floor was always sandy, pretty sure the bed sheet has never been changed as the same red spot was there for the duration of our stay, and towel was changed only if you leave it on the floor and sometimes not even replaced. They would randomly miss one of the towels when replacing too. -Staff at reception wasn't really kind, and they never suggest any activities or excursion. When asked something they were always having a condescending answer.-Late chek-in charged 45€ extra and availability given only on the departure day-taxi from the airport (booked via booking chat) charged 45€, when we left the Hotel (booked at the reception) I was charged 55€, Taxi driver claimed that these extra 10€ was for the hotel. I find it very unfair especially because reception hasn't informed us about this extra charge. -the boutique shop accepts card, but prefers cash, said cigarettes and stamp in Greece cannot be bought with card??? -beach not very clean-We had an all inclusive but we also wanted to explore Crete so often we missed the lunch, quite surprised they couldn't provide any sort of packed lunch, and only early breakfast

Everything, it is super well-kept. Beautiful public spaces and room

We had a double stroller and 2 small babies and our room was in a nice structure of 2 floors (ground floor + upper floor) withot elevator. Our room was on the upper floor and it was a bit complicated to get there with 2 babies and/or a stroller without elevator... besides that everything was amazing

Very clean. Delicious Food. Helpful Team. Special thanks to reception team and to Neil.

    Drinks.

Everything was great, continie like that

Only 2 constructive remarks: to clean the beach (it was full with algae) and in the restaurant the alergens/ingredients were missing next to the meals/food since I am gluten and lactose intolerant, it was dificult to choose.

    8LöschPosted on: 5-24-2023

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were very fine indeed. The location is very nice, there are beautiful palm trees and the view of the sea and the mountains is wonderful.

Maybe the bath sink could be larger, but this is general trend in all hotels due to stylish reasons, I think

    10CharlenePosted on: 5-8-2023

hotel is beautiful, very clean and well kept, right on the beach, staff are very friendly and helpful a must try is the sirens special cocktail it’s amazing and the food was incredible

    10PierrePosted on: 9-4-2022

Very friendly staff who speaks lots of languages. Buffet was good, especially the breakfast. There are 3 different swimming pools so you can change during your stay and meet other people.

Algae on the beach. Some tourists that book seats with their towels even if it is forbidden by the hotel (if you want this rule to be applied, you need to check that people are complying with that). However, we always found enough seat for the family.

    10ArifPosted on: 9-1-2021

Great location, beachfront with private sun beds and couple of minutes to the strip full of shops and bars!

Labels of food could be slightly better and clearer. I had to ask a few times as label was missing.
