    Pros +

    • The pools, the breakfast, the location
    • The reception staff were helpful, particularly booking taxis at short notice. The staff looking after the tables in the dining/breakfast area were efficient and friendly. There was a relaxed vibe around the complex. Great location.
    • Gorgeous room, cleaned daily. Different food each day. We loved our stay

    Cons -

    • Two stories rooms with an air conditioner at the bottom floor made it to cold to sleep on the first floor and way too hot to sleep on the second floor. We took a fan and operated it all day and it was still impossible to sleep on the second floor.
    • Was expecting twin beds and only presented with a double bed. So I spent the whole week uncomfortably trying to sleep in a fixed (to the wall) frame single bed just (inches) above floor height. Breakfast cut off time of 9.45, should be extended to 10.30.
    • Lunch ends at 2, dinner starts at 7-9 which feels a little late for children if they’re there. Beer and wine are heavily watered down. Cocktails and fresh juices are not included. Just wine, beer, raki, ouzo and self serve sodas and concentrates

It is a very nice hotel, it has 3 pools, 1 large dining room and lots of nice spots to sit and relax. We loved our meals and drinks by the pool!! Nice food, pleasant atmosphere and good people!!

The two things we had trouble with was the yelling at noon between 15:00 and 17:00 because of the water park. We had booked a superior double room with private pool to relax and it wasn’t so much peaceful as we thought. As for the second one, the little fridge in the room was extremely noisy when it worked.

The private pool of our room. The fact that the room was spacious. The room was quiet and had privacy.

I would like the rooms to be better cleaned. I would like to have iced coffee included in the all inclusive plan.

Food was very good, very friendly staff.

The bathroom didn't had ventilation or window, the water and juices wasn't good.

The food is excellent, great diversity and quality. The apartment was quite big, even though not as big as in the booking description. The place for the kids. The polls.Good value for the price overall.

The apartment wasn't 54 sqm like in the booking description. The fridge was rusty. The air conditioning was leaking inside.

    beach, sea and swimming pool

kitchen not very clean, ants on the buffets, a lot of haste to remove the dishes from the table even while the plates were full, they didn't give them time to finish.

    9RossetosPosted on: 8-26-2024

Food was great. Children had too many thing to do and they enjoyed all of them.

Weekends, pools and parking are filled because hotel is open for people outside hotel. You cannot enjoy your stay these days.

The location was really good. Aqua park for kids and shops nearby. Lively restaurant on te beach with the mist delicious food.

The food was terrible, and air-conditioning was not adequately performing. Despite telling reception a couple of times and asking for a fan for the room, nothing happened. My child took a bite of a cake and wanted to finish later. I walked out with that cake from the restaurant and followed by the staff like a criminal. Despite explaining that I don't take it, it would just go to waste. Room very dared with broken furniture. Broken chair and the side of the dressing table. It is not a 4-star resort, more like between 2 and 3. Drinks in the restaurant were absolutely awful. Literally could make you sick. Life guard in aquapark was non-existent. He was on his phone all the time. No safety present. .

The staff is very kind, part of the hotel is new, the pools are great, the food is good.

The water park - slides are old, and painful and on the weekend full of people from outside, which burdens the enjoyment in the park

    10VeronikaPosted on: 8-4-2024

Great pools, great food, great water park. Very friendly staff. Definitely visit again. ?

Considering that we had a family room, the children could not unlock the door themselves to go in the room: when opening, you had to pull hard the door towards you with one hand and turn the key with the other hand. Every time the door was opened, the air conditioner shut off and needed to start again by the people who stayed inside.

Near in the beach, grocery and more... the staff are helpful. We would like to come back again.

The facilities are really nice and the place is far from where most festivities take place which makes it ideal for families with children.Cleaning services were good and the lady was very friendly and helpful.

Having stayed at other Crete hotels with all-inclusive buffets, I can say that the quality of the products used was below sub-par. I know that it is all-inclusive, but the best dish over our 5 days stay was the spaghetti, and that says something. One day there was mousaka and once the dish was gone they replaced it with Sprouts(!) So if you were lucky to have a slice then ok if not then... Also the inclusive drinks were only beer and wine no cocktails or mocktails in there to chose from.

    8NadiaPosted on: 7-10-2024

Great location, close to the sea and shops

Food quality was very poor, with few options also the drinks on the tap

    8DianaPosted on: 6-30-2024

    Pools for Kids, kids club

The amenities were old and not renovated. The doors in the room didn’t lock/ were broken.

Good food, comfortable beds. Not the first time we stayed here. Everything was great.

    6AleksandraPosted on: 6-6-2024

The receptionist was really helpful and great, she is a very nice lady! most of the stuff too but the one over the restaurant a little bit rude. The breakfast was good, because it was enough to choose from.

It was not definitely not 4 star place. It was not very clean. Breakfast was fine and I was very happy that I didn’t choose all inclusive! Because I have a friends there which had all inclusive and they didn’t like the dinners and as well the included drinks was not good.
