maria was so nice and the pool

they never cleaned our room, they didn’t give us toilet paper and face towels and the bathroom was flooded because the shower didn’t have a curtain. But the worst thing was Christoph the security guard. He slept all night and let in people who tried to follow us into our room.

The hotel is nice but the straff and the cleaners are not.

The cleaners did not do their job, and they stole money from our wallets.

Location is amazing really close to everything. Staff was very friendly and amazing. ??

Beds was very rough and uncomfortable. Building needs repair. Bathroom facilities needs renovation.

Malia is an absolutely unbelievably charming town and a truly fabulous holiday destination. The room had cooking facilities which were great.

I had to ask a local to call the person to give me the key as it was the end of season and the satnav brought me to a location which was already closed. We got it sorted out in the end.

This was a lovely set of apartments in a very convenient location. The staff are not only really welcoming and friendly, but very helpful too!!

Good location, lots of restaurants and shops around. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Staff very nice. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and overall a very nice hotel.

location was perfect in malia right in middle of bar street. lovely pool. we had 5 of us staying with three beds in the bedroom and two in the other room/kitchen area, but it was spacious. great balcony for pre drinks too!

could do with a aircon in kitchen area too espesially if take 5 people always.. gets very hot in there even with bedroom door open with aircon on in there, nothing much comes through...

The staff, the zone, the food. Cozy please to stay ? highly recommend ?

The room was extremely clean and the staff especially Maria was really sweet and helpful.

Some free toiletries like soap/shampoo would have been nice. However considering the rest of the amenities this was a minor thing. Supermarket is very close by and we bought everything we needed from there.

Location

They don't have an elevator.The air-conditioning is very weak or not working.they don't have any cleaning products.no soaps. No dish clothes.

Globally it is quite nice, but not suitable for families (see below)

1. Too noise in the night because the major part of guests are young people "too much excited" (each night we heard peole singing, screaming..). No control.2. Area close to swimming pool is limited, without garden. 3. The bathroom is not much comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and made this stay so enjoyable! The Bar/restaurant there is great value for money and the service is outstanding.

Unfortunately the wifi doesn’t reach to a lot of the rooms outside the pool area.

such a lovely stay!! maria and the dutch bartender (didn’t have the chance to get her name) were wonderful company!! anna behind the bar was also AMAZING! could have stayed and talked with her for hours, she was so funny and friendly! the food was amazing and the cocktails were lush! it was such a friendly environment

No WiFi in bedrooms and no shower curtain

The staff were so lovely - the people there were great too, definitely made some great friends. The location is perfect for getting to the strip and beach in minutes

Some things like AC were a bit temperamental and it might be easier if rooms had 2 keys but still made funny memories from that

The location is great it’s not too deep into the strip that you can relax because it is quiet enough! The staff runs the hotel extremely well and are very accommodating.

I like that it was just next to everything shop 1 minutes away and you are close to the clubs and bars

Good location and waitress and receptionist nice ladies

Cleaning lady entered our room at 8am without knocking , another time she entered without knocking around 5pm, and everyday was annoying with her cleaning times banging on the door.
