    Pros +

    • The staff was so wonderful. Pool and pool chairs also fabulous.
    • The kindness of Marina. A really dedicated person. We arrived late and everything was arranged for us. The location is lovely, close to everything and very private at the same time. The decorations, breakfast kiosk and garden.. A little paradise. It is the second time we book here and will certainly come again.
    • Pool was niceRoom was OK but some changes /repairs required

    Cons -

    • The water in the shower would often change temperatures without warning. As a result, I got scalded a couple of times.
    • Not greeted on arrival as arranged. Taxi driver had to phone owner to find out where our room was on site, keys left in room. Owner said she had a child and couldn't come outThey never came to greet us or introduce themselves the whole stayNo security safe it was broken had to carry our passports everywhere No breakfast No restaurantPoor customer service Bar area unattended oftenRoom not finished - electric sockets coming off the wall, electric cable hanging from the ceiling, cold showers in the morning, No local information in room - doctors, chemist, local restaurants, sightseeing, taxis etc etc
    • Constant men walking past the room to the side of the building where they appear to be growing food. They kept looking in and felt uncomfortable with it. Cleaner peeking in window instead of knocking which felt awkward as the main window is where we sleep. Sprinklers coming on covering all of the grass as weird times I.e. between 5 and 6 when you were ready to go for dinner but couldn't avoid getting soaked trying to walk by. Amenities stated as coffee bar and snack bar ok site which isn't true.

It is close to the beach. The garden around the suites is nice.

It is not like in the pictures, pictures could be taken many years ago. It is visible that they try to renovate it, but it is far not new. We expected a hotel, but it is not. There is no table on the road that mention the name of the accommodation.

Good location. Spacious and modern rooms. Nice pool and great service.

Hot water were not always available.

It’s close to the center of the town but far enough from the noise. The swimming pool feels like a private pool and the staff/family are so nice and friendly.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and great location.

    large rooms powerful shower

housekeeping and towel change was inconvenient. there was no sign supplied to give you the option to leave the room to be cleaned, had to continue requesting the main desk to have the room cleaned.towels upon request

very nice room/suite, spacious. We enjoyed the private pool in front of the suite to cool down for which the size was adequate. location is near to beach (5-10 min walk) and there are enough supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. Given the high temps, the airco was very welcome.

wifi was a bit poor in the hotel and reasonable in the suite. breakfast was ok, but little choice.

For Malia the location was great for us, close to the strip but far enough away that the noise didn’t bother us at night. We loved the room and the bed was large and comfortable. Our room was cleaned every 2 days. The staff were lovely and the food they served in the hostel was good.

A clothes iron would have been nice to have

    8SaraPosted on: 8-19-2023

Excellent studios in a lovely garden with beautiful plants and a super comfy swimming pool. Malia is a very touristic site, and not at all a quiet place, pretty much a party corner, but these studios are silent and peaceful, with no noise from the discos or the traffic. The host is friendly and the cleaning is accurate

The shower curtain is very short so when using the shower it wets the whole bathroom floor

The location was perfect. Not too far away but far enough to have a more quiet room. Everything is walking distance. Super easy

The pool was a bit dirty but not tragic. And we didn’t have that much space to put our stuff in, so it was a bit chaotic

    10ItamarPosted on: 7-23-2023

Everything was as it’s show on booking.Mariana the owner is a lovely and kind woman. The private pool is great and the room is very comfortable and nice. The stuff cleaned everyday and was very kind.Highly recommend and will come back.

Not visitors allowed in the private area but that’s ok I guess.

A luxurious 2-room suite with 2 large and comfortable beds, a comfortable living room and a large balcony/garden with a private swimming pool. Excellent hotel, very good service, convenient location.

What you see is what you get! We had a nice clean tastefully decorated room with a private pool. A hidden paradise in the middle of Malia nightlife! They are truly Lovely poeple and an incredible service. The host made us feel welcome so will definitely stay there again next time.

The hotel is a family ran business that welcomed us upon arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were just beautiful with a bohemian flair throughout the hotel. The swimming pool was excellent and the hotel offered free beach towels. The hotel was in a perfect location and off the main strip, which felt we were away from the noise at night. The beach was a short walk from the hotel that offered an array of different vibes.

This hotel was simply perfect. In fact, we weren't there long enough.

Nice garden around, delicious bananas ( extra treat from Marina mom?), - very cozy place to stay, very close to the beach, with all shops close aswell.
