The view from the restaurant and room was very nice.

Location was good but the variety of amenities in town was limited. TV selection was minimal for English language channels.

For the price per night I expected a bigger room and amenities. The staff were not friendly nor helpful.

Lovely location and view. Two amazing restaurants inside the hotel. Quiet, romantic, and small. Perfect for a quiet getaway. Lots of stuff to do nearby, and friendly and accommodating staff.

The room service was a bit inconsistent. Some of the days we could get food from the restaurant sent to the rooms, other times we were told there was a separate menu.

The view from the room was wonderful! The breakfast had many options & was very good! It was very close to town & the ferries…perfect location to base ourselves to visit other costal towns.

The shower was very small & very hard to maneuver with the doors closed! That was the biggest disappointment of the room!

The top deck where we had breakfast had the most spectacular views. Really easy walk to town and ferry.

Stunning sea views! Ask for the top two floors which are completely renovated. Beautiful rooftop restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

This hotel is remarkable! Even the locals told us it was the best hotel in the area. The staff was the nicest I’ve met at any hotel! The breakfast was amazing with so many options, even for kids it was perfect! The dinner was honestly the best we had in Italy! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else along amalfi coast but here! It was beyond perfect!

The sea facing room was awesome. The bathroom was clean and big enough. The room was large. The balcony was the best part.

Well into the night the AC had some issue but later in the morning it got chill so it wasn't an issue for long. The shower door wasn't closing properly.

The views from the property were absolutely amazing. I was very happy about that and the staff were great as well.

It is a bit difficult to drive to. There isn’t much parking available at the main entrance.

Matre de at the fine dining restaurant extremely rude …. Didn’t feel welcomed . Rooms plain but clean ….bathroom needs maintenance and some mould

The property was well maintained. Exceptional service by the staff. Room and washrooms very clean. Staff was attentive to any inquiries we had. Breakfast was great with a beautiful view to the sea. Location is close to the Maiori beach about a 3-5 min walk. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Located perfectly for views and tranquility. An easy walk to town but the hotel has an inexpensive private shuttle service to make the job all that easier. Staff were enthusiastic and very friendly. We tried the fine dining restaurant and it was a fun production with impeccable service.

Breakfast was heavy on cakes but poor selection of fruit and cereals.

Its all about the view with this hotel which was absolutely stunning from the honeymoon suite. The room itself is huge and the balcony is gorgeous, however there are bits of the room that are a little tired and could do with a freshen up, very comfortable bed. The pool is good if a little small and the bar and restaurant on the top floor are also lovely again with an amazing view.

We were on our honeymoon at this hotel - since leaving last month we've read reviews from people who were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco in the honeymoon suite, which is definitely a nice touch - we had nothing not even a congratulations when checking in. Just curious as to what makes it applicable to some guests and not others - is it only if you book directly with the hotel and not through Booking.com

The staff was friendly and helpful. The views were amazing and the location to town was perfect! The room service pasta was the BEST!

View was amazing. Balcony in the family room was great. Family room was pricy but well worth it.

The best thing about this property is the view.

The worst thing about our experience and the property has been the front desk staff. Not all of them but the gentleman who was often there was dismissive and rude on several occasions. When we arrived and walked into the hotel for the first time a young lady at the front desk did not even look up at us when I greeted her, instead speaking to me with her head down to say, my colleague will help you. It’s a shame to have staff on your team who make your guests feel unwelcome and an inconvenience to them.
