The location

The beds need to be bigger. Twin size beds for 2 adults are not standard. Please upgrade to global hotel standards such as Asia and America. There should be complimentary bottled water in the room.

Location, very helpful and friendly staff

The air conditioning not adjustable in the room. Despite our request the room was acceptable but not ideal.

The bed was a little low to the floor

Gianluca was exceptional. The view from our room was beautiful.

We were overcharged for charging our car. The fees for parking were too much. The ‘private’ beach was cramped and uncomfortable… the beach was not very accessible.

The breakfast was ok.

The hotel is not 4 star. 3 star is too much for it. It needs renovation in everything. The room was too small. I don’t have even a kettle and cup in my room. Air conditioning was working so slow it was always hot in the room. The bed was in bed condition and dirty. The Reception is in -1 floor And it seems you go downstairs in garage. Even enter door is damage condition. Reception space has only 2 sofa for 4 people. Others must stand on foot. No space no condition no comfort for people in entrance space.

The location was perfect- at the end of the strip, very quiet except for the crashing waves.The breakfast was varied and of the high quality. Our favorite was the staff though! Best yet on our road trip in southern Italy.

Staff was rude and placed other charges not our room that were not ours (belonged to another guest). Very loud with construction going on in till early evening and a lot of road noise.

Private beach in front which had great views and very clean and nice . Parking very convenient on the premises. Easy to get to other locations by car. The staff goes above and beyond to help you . They are very kind and courteous. On our departure, we had to leave before the breakfast was ready and they packed a takeout for us. I would recommend this hotel . It’s great for family with children.

When I booked with bookings, I thought I was getting a room with a balcony but I didn’t. I really wanted a room with balcony but they were fully booked and could not switch me.

Good food, staff, location. Good service overall. Very easy access to the public beach.

They have parking but you have to pay additional fee per night. So be careful if you were like me and not paying attention. It’s in the fine print. Oh btw you will be needing parking spot as parking in the amalfi coast is a rare diamond. Good luck finding one.

The location was amazing, I think the best location for the Amalfi coast, 5 minutes from bus stop no stairs and also 10 minutes for boats that go to Positano, Amalfi, capri and Salerno. The hotel is not super new, but has all the facilities. The employees and the receptionist are delightful, they make my mother feel super confortable, we stayed 10 days and they upgraded our room with ocean views. Was big and the view was stunning. You are 2 minutes away from the ocean. Is so relaxing. And the breakfast was also nice, you have pastries and fresh coffee. I will come back happy. With a person with walking disability or age. I think is an amazing option.

The only think I will said is that the air conditioner is not control by room. Is control for the building. For us was not a problem

Lovely breakfast with great foccacia and nice mozzarella.Good location near center of Maiori, but I wish it was a bit more quiet, it was near a larger road.

Great location by the Maiori beach. Wonderful sea view. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Close to city center. Very friendly and proactive staff. I did enjoyed my stay very much.

The hotel's wifi connection is not strong and stable, so it is good if you plan offline holiday, but may be problematic if you come for workcation. It may also be little noisy because of the nearby street and cars - but it is rather unavoidable on Amalfi coast.

This is my second time in this hotel. The location is great, you are by the ocean. Breakfast is amazing with a grand variety of local food. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, good sized, and with stunning views.

The most wonderful view of the sea from our room, which was literally across the road from our hotel - what a beautiful sight to wake up to. The room was a good size and had a free safe for your use. The shower was excellent! Towels were changed daily. Small mini bar for which you had to pay for anything you used in there but prices were not extortionate. Enough space for you to store a few small bottles of your own. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Andreina who really looked after us. Breakfast was buffet style and very nice. Decent amount of options but not as extensive as you may perhaps get at other places. It was more than enough choice for us: bread, pastries both savoury and sweet, fresh fruit, cakes, grilled vegetables, cheeses, olives, salads, yogurts, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, great coffee, water and fruit juices

Our room was in need of a little refresh/repaint but it did not spoil our enjoyment of the room at all.You have to pay for onsite parking at the hotel if you have a hire car but given this is a premium location where parking is difficult to come by at the best of times and you have to pay to park everywhere anyway, it was a real peace of mind knowing we had a reserved space to park in when we got back from being out

No gym, a little “noisy”, doors open/close very loudly.

Location is great (right of the beach and close to main road), room was spacious and breakfast had a lot of options.

Not a lot of travel options or booking experience in the main loby.
