Good and clean for a mid-travel night

No day curtain at window, just blinds. Limited privacy. No lift

Continental breakfast was excellent. Everything we required. Girl on reception was very helpful and made our short stay perfect.

The bathroom is tiny, but adequate

Nice hotel, very friendly reception, good room, good bathroom. Nothing to complain about. Pet friendly, at charge €5 per pet per day (I wish it would be without charge). EV charger at the premises of the hotel.

Good location. Lovely & clean. Big spacious room. Accessible for my elderly mum.

Room was so hot. Only fans to blow hot air around. Needs aircon. Uncomfortable nights sleep.

arrived at hotel to find it all locked up - although there were people (guests??? ) inside. stood outside in the rain for approx 45 mins trying (phone calls & emails) to get hold of someone - eventually gave up and booked a room at Ibis down the roadapparentley they had computer and phone bug - so why no staff on site!!!!!!i had booked for return trip so cancelled that!!!

not the best location as most of the resturants were quite a walk away. More importantly, we parked the motorbikes at the front of the hotel and they suggested we move them around the side out of view due to te area.

There was no one to check you in. We had to use a terminal outside the hotel which was not working properly. After a few frantic messages somebody turned up from inside the hotel. It would be beneficial if they had a bell you could ring. If I hadn’t of sent messages I don’t think we would have got in as everything looked closed, and no one seemed to be about?

No air conditioning- the little fan supplied wasn’t adequate.

Room was too small. No Kettle.

Friendly helpful reception. Clean comfortable fresh quiet rooms. Good breakfast. Parking on-site. EV charging just installed... Will be working soon.

ideally situated for our needs, very clean and a warm welcome from the team. The breakfast was good quality and plentiful.

it was not particularly charming. some pictures are misleading: it looks like place in the middle of nature, while it’s just on the side of a main road

Breakfast was good although 'simple'.

Not a hotel 'fault' but not much choice for eating unless you drive further. McDonalds and a Lidl supermarket are the main options within walking distance.

Good place to spend the night when travelling to/from spain. Its clean, supermarket and restaurants are nearby.

on arrival reception was not open. we had to telephone them to check us in. the bar never opened whilst we were there, we went out around 6pm and returned after 10 so don’t know if it opened whilst we were out, anyway we went into Pau just in case as there wasn’t much around the hotel. we were a bit further out from Pau than we’d realised so taxi was around €20.

it was nice, value for money and ideal for our drive through France to Spain

easy location for on/off motorway. reception friendly and helpful. restaurants near by. free parking. room good size, clean and value for money. supplied fan, which was needed. coffee good. had accessible room which met requirements.
