Very easy to get to and rooms clean; dinner and breakfast surface was nice and varied. Friendly welcome!

It was very cold as no heat in restaurant

Location and parking the bad was fair

The room was very small and was barely any space to move around or to seat down no chairs. Some of the front desk reception personnel were very unfriendly and not helpful at all.

Location and the hotel itself was good. The guy at the reception was very kind.

Facilities were old-fashioned. Very old-fashioned. Barely any vegan options for breakfast. There wasn’t even soya milk.

Staff was great. Very helpful and accommodating.Great breakfast as well.It’s been 3 times in row we come to this hotel for a stop over.

The location is ok

It advertises a restaurant - not open. All other restaurants locally were closed by the time we arrived at 8.30. The beds had been shoved in to make it a quad room so had I slept the right way up I would’ve had a shelf in my face. Mattress was awful, have had better sleeps camping on airbeds

No toiletries in bathroom tap wouldn’t stop running in toilet receptionist came and fixed it for us

Disappointing

Except for the Lobby that probably recently had a makeover, the room was really bad. Rundown, not well cleaned. Bad lights, some broke equipment and furniture.

We booked this hotel two days before the finish of a Tour De France stage. We got a great price with two rooms for a family of five. The hotel is dated but very clean and quiet and with a good breakfast. The kids were very happy and so were we. We drove in close to the centre of Pau and saw the end of stage 13 of the Tour De France which was a dream come true. The staff were lovely.

Room was clean, staff friendly.

Everything a bit dated, broken glass in the reception area, arrived 5pm ish, rested for an hour, showered and went fir food. Nothing around other than a Chinese all you can eat place..

Exactley as I wanted, clean and comfy, perfect for an overnight stay on our way down to Spain.

After a long drive no restaurant open had to walk in the rain to find one

Located not too far from the highway (very convenient for those only stopping for the night). There is free parking. Rooms are basic but they do the job.

Very basic breakfast. Would not have paid for it if it weren't included. The rooms are very basic and a bit outdated. The hotel is located a bit in the middle of nowhere.

Well positioned for our purpose of an overnight stay on a long drive

Little surprised when receptionist said usually only accepted 1 dog (i did say in email yo property when asking price for dogs, that there were 2 small miniture dacshunds)

No A/C in room, no restaurant open, coffee and tea in room but not allowed to have milk?

Hotel being referbished and han no bar. No restuarant menu availble. Room with shower as opposed to bath not provided.

on the app it said check in at 14:00 I asked it to change it to 8:00 no answer once there they make as wait too long and said that check in was at 15:00 we was tiered ………… paid extra did like it
