Pros +
- The staff and food in the restaurant are excellent. The gentleman on reception in the afternoon and evening was very helpful.
- Well located, near the "périphérique" of Amiens. EV charging stations. Breakfast above expectations.
- This is a great place to stay if you are renting a car and touring the battlefields, and don't want to go into the centre of Amiens. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. The room (24) was very good, clean and minimal. Plenty of room as it was a room with a queen and 2 singles, perfect for two and maybe 1 other. 4 would be tight. Comfortable bed and room temperature was adjustable. Great shower. Restaurant downstairs is very good and great value. They have menus in English and other languages, just ask. I wish we had eaten there both nights we were there. Staff very helpful and patient with non French speaking Australians.
Cons -
- Not enough wardrobe hangers.Desk/table space too small.Breakfast honey needs to include ‘runny’ honey.
- A humid pungent smell in the stairways, corridors and (unfortunately) also in the room. A spoiler for a good night sleep.
- Please to help us poor husband's travelling with wife's, you need bigger, more absorbent towels. So they can dry their hair before finishing with the supplied dryer. No lift.

Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Quiet and clean room.
Bedroom was basic with no water, kettle, tea or coffe on offer. Near a motorway. Limited menu for an evening meal in the restaurant. We wanted a drink before dinner but the hotel was very short of supplies in the bar. They had gin but no tonic, and they had orange juice but no vodka. We felt this was disappointing.
Breakfast is always good & location is very convenient.
Hard pillows. I keep telling them this, but no action is taken so I now have to bring my own.
The location off the motorway was convenient for our needs. Easy to find, secure parking and bus stop nearby to get to Amiens city centre. It was just an overnight stay and we'd book again. Good breakfast to set us up for the day.
Convenient location with a good breakfast.
Pillows are very hard & I have told staff this on several previous visits. I now resort to bringing my own.
Used for a overnight stopover.Clean, comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice.Complementary upgrade from a family room to two adjoining rooms.Staff lovelyFirst time using Brit Hotels, definitely will use again
Very comfortable for a family of 4 on our travels for a night stopover. We had 2 rooms ajoinin. Very clean. Staff helpful. Lidl 2 min walk.
Nice and friendly staff. Sufficient room and bathroom.
The airco. It’s nice to have a decent temperature but the damn thing was making all sort of wacky and weird noises. Can’t get a good night rest with that.
Clean and comfortable
The fa t the restaurant was not open was disappointing.
The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable.
No water in the room. Towels were threadbare and only 2 of different sizes given. No hand towel. Told we couldn’t use the electric chargers in site but they appeared available in the evening nonetheless. It is incredibly basic. You get a bed and a shower but it is overpriced for what is offers - which is very limited. It is poor when compared with other motels and B&Bs.
Dinner was very good and breakfast was great
The plastic mattress cover was a bit unpleasant, we sweated a lot
Very clean and reception very helpful and polite
The price is reflected in the location, but this suited us with a car. Was much easier to get in and out with shopping centres close. But I understand a lot of people wouldn’t like the location.
Friendly staff. Good price performance
They advertise a restaurant but it’s always closed every time we go there. Most restaurants around are also closed but we could find a good one in walking distance. I guess it’s a french thing to close the restaurants on the weekends
Location was perfect for our onward journey - near enough restaurants and shops for a stop over. Good price for a single night.
Aircon didn’t work and the beds were very firm
It was a basic room some space and had parking. The breakfast was great
Despite earlier request we were put on 3rd level with no lift.Had twin beds despite request months ago for double bed.Broken toilet seat and shower screen
Location is very good. Breakfast is fine & beds are clean & comfy.
Pillows are horrible, very hard, so I have to take my own.
Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and staff very friendly
Dinner menu could be better
Breakfast was great & ideal location. The decor is now looking a little tired, having been coming here for several years. Bed s are comfy, but pillows are awful (so hard). Couldn't get to sleep due some one else in another room snoring for hours.
