The location of the hotel is great, and it's really convenient with a 24-hour reception. Great shower, room itself. Very quite, perfect sound isolation.

The mattress was really uncomfortable, and the bed wasn't the best - it was quite narrow.

Easily accessible, lots of parking, convenience store, coffee shop and food establishment on the ground floor. Rooms were ok and clean.

Not accessible for people on wheelchairs or if you have heavy bags, or a portable fridge on wheels, since the elevator is only accessible after going up the stairs.

The rooms were clean. Supper and breakfast with the 25% reduction were fine.

It was very loud due to the traffic so you had to close the windows during the night.

Everything as always, we use this property for years now when we travelling back home. The hotel went through renovation and is even more beautiful as before.

My bed felt literally broken. Something inside the mattress. So I didn’t sleep well.

Looked like that the rooms have seen better days. Shower was not working properly, was a bit tricky. Hotel in general was clean but the quality of everything was not that good.

Every time we ere traveling from UK to Czechia we are booking this hotel. 24 hours reception, very kind and polite staff and paperwork in English. There is a restaurant with great food and reception do amazing coffee. My little dog is always very welcomed which is great too. On the way back will be definitely booking again. Thank you

Address of the hotel was not precise ; we lost 1 hour driving to find a proper location.Name in the reservation is different then real name of the hotel , thats why google maps had huge problems

Sink in one of our two rooms was partially blocked. On previous stays the rooms use to have two "real" glasses and complementary bottles of water - not any more - prices have increased (like everything) but the quality/facilities have reduced!

We liked the breakfast although it was more expensive than two weeks ago.The cooks and service people were very friendly and helpful.

The variety of meals must be improved.It was complicated to reach our room and the elevator was out of order.

Great location by the motorway, really nice reception staff, excellent room with complimentary water, nice beds and a good shower. Breakfast offer good too. Would stay again.

The wifi was terrible and only worked in the reception area. Strange that you have to write something like this today.

Everything was good except unpleasantness with breakfast which was not included to the room price. For breakfast we only take 2 pieces of different sausages, one omelet and 2 cups of coffee. We paid 9.99 as indicated for breakfast. As my partner didn't really was hungry, I ate his omelette and drank a second coffee. But later, before finishing breakfast, the cashier suddenly came to the table and demanded to pay for two breakfasts, because we are not eating alone, but together!!! If he or I would eat alone, it would be okay, but just because we eat together ONE, even not full breakfast, we should pay double price!!!

A lady who was at check in wasn't pleasant at all..Spoke no English..not friendly at all..
