Location super, staff was kind, the sauna and pool very good, the hot tub was not that great.

No wardrobe.

Staff was amazing, upgrading for free our room. From reception to restaurant, breakfast or spa all was making us feel specials. Thank you, the people makes difference!Lot of choices on breakfast, free parking space great and confortable place, definetly a place to stay in Tg. Mures.

The Spa area and the fitness room is outstanding. Also the food in the restaurant was really great. The bed was comfortable. And honestly what else you want when you are on a business trip.

The location might be a little off for many, next to a busy road. The fan of the heating was very noisy. For a short stay I didn’t want to complain So just turned it off. And I was told my room was an upgrade anyway..

Great hotel: the rooms are modern, the bed is comfortable, and the rooms are soundproofed well (couldn’t hear any noise from outside / neighboring rooms).Great spa facilities: the saunas and steam room are great, the massages are amazing (highly recommend), and there is also a pool and a jacuzzi. It’s also nice that they have an outside area where you can tan, and they serve drinks / food in the spa.Great restaurant: the food was pretty good, we tried the included breakfast and separately had lunch as well Good location: there’s a shopping mall nearby Great service: all the personnel was extremely nice and welcoming

Clean, warm, good food, cozy rooms

The rules are very loose at the pool for kids and parents with kids. It made the spa experience unpleasant because of this.

Staff was very friendly, room was large and modern, very clean. Breakfast is very nice and the restaurant has extremely good food.

Room was extremely hot (30°C), could not be adjusted. Swimming pool always crowded, could not enjoy a swim.

Even though you have access to the spa, the access is somewhat "restricted" because of the kids and their swimming teachers which "reserve" certain lanes in the pool. Also unfortunately our refrigerator wasn't working.

Friendly staff. The room was comfortable, the bedsheets and towels were clean. The underground parking. The room was soundproofed and with a view to the hills.

Very small bathroom. The floor on the bathroom is made of some sort of plastic that absorbs water and it is slippery when wet, but it feels very sticky when it’s dry. It gives a sensory feeling of dirty floor even if it is not.

Great spa, pool, food, people, clean room. Big parking space. Liked very much the massage.

Some things started to degrade like tiles on the floor of the pool or the handrails of the pool.

It was a pleasant stay as always. Helpful staff and clean rooms. For sure we will be back.

I think you can change your irons. They are really old and not working properly, you can't even iron a shirt with those irons.

Water leak in room, smelly, small spa area, air conditioner broken!

A modern hotel situated close to Targu Mureş. The room was well decorated and fitted with all the modern-cons and the bed was comfortable. There is an on-site restaurant which serves a variety of well cooked Romanian dishes. The spa was also a treat, alongside a lovely terrace which was perfect for sunbathing in the current heatwave.

Nothing - everything was of a good quality.

After check in we got a room that was smelly badly, like a public WC that was not cleaned for awhile. I asked for a new room, I got one.There we didn't have enough towel and toilet paper for 2 persons.In the evening at dinner we didn't eat all of the food, I asked for a take-away. The waiter in age did not want to give us any box/bag.The next morning we went for the breakfast. The waiters stayed there, didn't say anything to us, not even a "Hello" just yelled after us. We had to say the room's number. I didn't hear "nr", but name, so I said my surname. The waiter did yelled to me "NUMBER" in romanian as I am dumb, the other waiter did repeat this in hungarian (they did not know which language we are speaking). The problem was his tone and mime, he made us feel dumb. We do speak romanian lol, you just have to speak louder and should sustain an eye-contact.The waiter in age also didn't behave his-self, he didn't even said "hello" to when we wanted to leave. We thought we are girls, he is the waiter. He should say hello first. We just wanted to leave after this experience with the younger waiters....he yelled after us "LA REVEDERE"...the younger waiter laughed at us as he went next to us and said louder (he made us to hear) "waii, dar ce tare ai zis asta..."We were 2 girls, I had my bachelorette party and you ruined every step of it. Just because we are girls, you should speak to respectly and don't bully us.

Access to the pool and saunas.

The room didn't have the facilities I paid for, soundproofing and A/C. I couldn't sleep because of the noise (walls very, very thin) and heat. The personnel had some inappropriate comments. The breakfast food was decent, but on the first day of our stay it wasn't enough and they didn't replenish it.

- lots of parking spaces- the restaurant over the main road- the facilities- the fact that it was not crowded(this one can be different at certain times)- the fact that the room was very clean- the view from the rooftop- it was very quiet- the staff was very kind and helpful- lots of electrical sockets- big windows that can be opened- new and modern furniture- comfortable bed- rich breakfast

- the WI-FI was not that good- the pool had some support bars from stainless steel which had some parts(cover rings) not fixed and you can get hurt- the saunas floors were not that clean- most of the jets from the jacuzzi were clogged
