Staff, Location

Room did not match description (no air conditioning, no patio, no sitting area, no view, pictures were not accurate), there was a huge hairball in the sheets), no toiletries, extremely noisy.

The friendly and professional service 24/7, early breakfast, and airport transportation was excellent.

Our room was not sound-proofed as described and street lights came through the edges of the curtains at night. There was road-construction (digging the ground) going on all night in front of our room, and the Internet service was unreliable.

The staff, incredibly kind and very helpful.

In order to turn on the power in the hotel, the hotel key card has to be used. otherwise, the power will not turn on.

Breakfast is good and starts early. Not exactly a splurge, but certainly more than enough in quantity and variety. There is a free airport shuttle starting early in the morning.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but look a bit bare.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Medellin airport. They have a shuttle, giving rides to the airport.

The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. The room was pretty bare. It was a bit strange that in spite of having several people in the room, they only gave one key card.

Clean, convenient, friendly staff! I came in on a late flight. The staff is very punctual if you need a ride from the airport. The building is always very quiet.

The bed was a litter for firm than my liking from the last time I stayed here. I still had a good nights rest.

Breakfast was great. The airport shuttle was great. The rooms were very confortable and wide. 2 minutes from the airport.

There is little to complain, maybe the water pressure could be better?

Beautiful hotel and restaurant, room was comfortable but no air conditioning. Bathroom and shower were excellent with good hot water. Restaurant was excellent and stay included breakfast.

You get some traffic noise if on the front of the building.

Perfect location for the airport, very nice area too. The hotel is really nice, with very nice and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the restaurant is great too. I loved the food there. They also offer an airport shuttle. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure!

Location was great, near the AirPort, the shuttle was always available, breakfast was good, however more variety would be great.

The pictures we saw here in booking were different than the room they gave us, it was old, and didn’t have an iron, or a fridge.

The property is in a fantastic location so close to the airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The facility was spotless. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

Wonderful staff all-around. The facilities are modern, clean, and VERY CLOSE to the airport. They offer complimentary van from/to the airport. The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly The food and service were excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!!!

The area around the hotel is kind of sketchy. It was fairly OK to walk around during the day, but would definitely NOT do it after dark@

It was fine as an airport service, would be better if it has air conditioning or at least a fan since the weather was humid and hot.

Close to the airport in Medellín. Nice facilities and overall good food and service.

Being close to the airport and far from the city center. Well not a bad thing but not really much to do outside the hotel.
