Workers are very polite and nice

Location to the airport as well as food options within walking distance. Also the hotel picked us up from a nearby restaurant when it was raining. That was nice service. Overall the service is excellent at Las Lomas.

Rooms were nice but a little beat up, most likely because of the frequent use by airline crews. Could be a little cleaner, my carpet didn't appear to be vacuumed. It could use a little renovation, but all in all a good hotel.

Room was a little tired and worn. Older technology and pretty small bathroom.

The charge people extra to use the pool. The food was often cold.

IT was very close to the airport.

Use of the pool is not included in the reservation. Food was always cold. They got full for the holiday and couldn't handle it.

I have stayed three times in 6 weeks 2 rooms where new and one a bit older, new rooms great other ok

The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly. Also, it is a very beautiful hotel.

Fantastic hotel, green zones to walk, peaceful and quiet. Staff always open to help and serve, nice attitude. Room with a nice view and clean. Highly recommended.

The room was excellent and I appreciated the cleanliness and quiet. The staff were helpful. The airport shuttle was prompt.

Unfortunately I had several issues. The line to check in and the check in process were rather long. Then the room I was given keys to was already occupied by someone, so walking in on them was embarrassing! The staff got me another room relatively quickly. I needed to be on the 6:30am airport shuttle the next morning and was at breakfast promptly at 6am when it opens. However, someone was set up in there taking photos and no one was allowed to enter for breakfast until almost 6:15. I only had time to quickly drink a cup of coffee and eat a couple of bites of eggs. I understand photographing breakfast is important for marketing, but it should be complete prior to opening hours. There were many of us that had to rush which really took away from the experience.

The backyard, the reception employees, the shower was good, the bed was comfortable. I liked the coffee and water station in the lobby. Highlight on the reveption employees (all of those at the lobby) they were great! Excellent service feom the counter team.

One room service employee came to bring us food and was not very cuatomary. She was a little bit rude.The breakfast can be a little bit better. Instead of having 5 different eggs options, maybe you can add some other things for other people that don't eat eggs or pancakes. More pastry options would be nice.There were two other people checking in with us in a different room and the reveptionist switched the keys. My wife and I got a two bed room and the other got a single bed when they had asked for two. The lighting in the room needs improvement. (210)

Shuttle to and from airport. Food in hotel restaurant

Wasn't informed on how room lights were to be lit. Hotel far from the city if you don't have if your plans are to discover the city. No hot water, just warm.

The food in the estorant for dinner is not attractive . This fact push you to move out of the,hotel for dinner and its shame

The airport service was perfect. Thank you! The pool was very relaxing, and the Ajiaco was so good! I really liked the fruit soda too! The rooms were very nice. When the thermostat needed to be adjusted, the serviceman came as soon as possible and got the room to cool down quickly.

I didn't feel the freedom to view the spa area. The staff was quick to show me the door. I felt like I was a burden to them.

The food was very good. I definitely suggest the empanadas from the menu. The restraunt has wonderful views overlooking their outside pool area which is also a very nice area.

The mojito wasn't an bad beverage there but it was different then what im used to.

The hotel itself was nice.

I was able to message the staff through Booking.com. Sometimes it took a little time to receive an answer, but that was fine. They assured us there was a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and all we had to do was call a phone number they gave us. When we arrived late at night, I called. They did not speak English and kept hanging up on us. We eventually had to find other transportation. Check-in was slow. We had the front deck book a taxi for the next morning to our second hotel. I gave them the print out of our hotel with the address. They book us a taxi and, unfortunately gave them the incorrect hotel and address. We had to walk 15 minutes with our luggage from the hotel where we were dropped off to our hotel.

Location is hard to beat if you want to be near the airport (and having the free airport shuttle is very nice). Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast was pretty good. Gym equipment isn’t perfect but pretty good for a basic workout.

The hotel is clearly aging a bit, and my room smelt a bit musty. I also wanted to know about what hotel services were available, like the spa, but couldn’t easily find information about it. I messaged the hotel, but didn’t end up getting an answer until it was too late. They also turn the sauna off really early in the evening, which is silly, because the best time to use the sauna would be right before you go to bed, to relax yourself.
