It¿s price - hotel balance

The location is perfect. The hotel is near a metro station and a big mall. Also, the property and space are perfect for short business trips and short vacations.

The room space is too small.

It's close to the mall Mayorca with great hot water and good WiFi.

Room was clean and spotless

Room was very very small. No closet. No mini fridge. Arrived little before midnite. No water bottle in the room. Lobby is on the 2nd floor. Entrance was locked. Had to locate the ringer while standing outside which seemed to be a fishy neighborhood. Lobby check in person did not speak any English, which I understand.

It was good, a bit cramped, but enough for the means.

Excellent service from the agents at the front Desk: very professional ,friendly, and knowledgeable.

The room was pleasant and the location was excellent as it was right next to a metro station. It was a good value for the price paid and I would stay there again.

Good bargain for your money. Proximity to shopping mall with all its amenities. Next to train to airport shuttle. Good price.Premises has small rooms.

I love the staff, very nice and always reassuring when I had a lot of questions, location perfect near the mall and easy to get transportation. Love it!

The pillows were a little uncomfortable but other than that was awesome.

No direct acces from the parking to the hotel

I did like the loquetion, but the beds were really small and uncomfortable as well. Not having room service makes it unconvenient for tourists.

Beds are really small and uncomfortable. Room service was not part of the staying in.

The location was really good. The Mall La Mayorca was at a walking distance. At night it's quiet, not very noisy eventhough there's a cafe next to it.

Extremely clean room, very good quality soap and shampoo, good location.

Bed was like sleeping in a futon. Also, the bed linens were of cheap quality, like the kind used at cheap motels. Itchy.

The breakfast was very good, and very punctual being opened at 6. The location is excellent since you have very easy access to a metro station and a big mall. There's also a couple stores in the same building as the hotel: a cafeteria, a pharmacy, and a bakery, very useful. The zone itself is industrial so not much to see apart from the mall but since you have a metro station there you have access to the whole city, it's actually pretty easy to use.

The only thing I didn't like where the pillows, they were pretty uncomfortable. I didn't, however, ask for replacement, so that maybe could've fixed the problem.

Breakfast was good, buffet Style with a variety of food.

Located next to the main train station, budget friendly and the most amazing staff!The guys at the front desk are all fantastic,,, serious enough to make u think twice before asking a silly question but once they open their mouth and hearts all u feel is a warm embrace and welcome greetings.Very helpful and accommodating of our poor planning needs during a busy time in the city such as the fashion and textiles weeks.I believe one of the names was Andres and the other was the front desk guy, the following morning!
