Friendly staff quality rooms quiet location

The room had a microwave and hob, but no cooking utilities not even cuttlery

It is located near restaurants

I asked for a quiet room and was given a room on the 1st floor on the road and beside some sort of generator.

Check in was a doddle. Two lovely French ladies were great. The hotel had a great ‘feel’ about it. Good breakfast.

I can’t think of anything.

Very nice staff. Spa included, making it a good price.

Some kitch decoration - but this is obviously my taste.

stopped overnight en route to ferry - Welcomed by lovely lady on reception who made sure we had everything we needed. spa facilities were great - the room was spacious and clean - ideal place to recharge after a long drive before continuing our journey - restaurant next door was fabulous

we like the staff welcoming attitude, the comfort and cleanliness of the room and the breakfast.

Weekend price could be a bit better , mainly the breakfast a bit expensive

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The SPA facilities were also very good for the price point.

There is nothing I could complain about. The industrial aspect of the building was initially a shock and the immediate location is also hardly scenic. Once within the hotel though all was pleasant enough and priced very competitively

The area suffers from millions of mosquitoes My daughter was severely bitten until we got to a pharmacy and applied a blocker The area around the hotel and in that area should be sprayed for biting insects

Location in ‘industrial estate’

Conveniently located. The swimming pool is a plus for families with kids, and the Jacuzzi and sauna for the parents ?. The room (family room) was very big and we could order take away and have a nice and cozy dinner in the room.

The rooms were a bit too warm, but nothing problematic.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. They allowed us to store our bikes in a room. The pool area is nice. The breakfast is excellent and varied.

Not the most picturesque area but we knew that in advance.

Its very nice and cozy hotel. Rooms where we stayed were very nice, comfortable and had all we needed. Small terrace was plus for me to read and pass some relaxing time while child was sleeping. Pool and jacuzzi was very helpful to keep our boy busy when we are at hotel.Breakfast is basic but all was delicious.

Comfortable rooms, large comfortable bed, and a really good shower unit. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The swimming pool, although not large was a lovely place to relax, as was the jacuzzi. Although located away from the main town, it was very close to two shopping centres with a variety of shops and restaurants.

The cleaning staff did not replace the towels on the second day, and did not replenish the tea and coffee during our stay.

Easy access to Pau and a restaurant within walking distance. Lovely bathroom and attention to details such as kettle, fridge and box of tissues !

No complaints at all. We paid more than we usually do for a hotel room, but the facilities were better than we are used do, especially the spa.

The rooms were very clean. We also liked the spa area. The staff was very polite. There is a supermarket and a mall nearby.

The area around the hotel is not that beautiful, but ok.
