Front desk service. Check in and Check out extremely fast and well done. Employees very useful and efficient.

Breakfast employees. Not focused on the customers and without the knowledge to answer the questions.

It was an emergency stay I was stranded at Nante airport due to ice. The hotel was perfect in every way. It was clean, warm, quiet and comfortable. It was everyone needed. The bed was so comfortable and the restaurant was amazing. The staff were efficient, kind and friendly. I was so stressed and this hotel was the perfect refuge.

Relaxed atmosphere and very nice and attentive staff.

Attention to detail in the room.Toilet seat fixing was broken and shower gel container needed refilling.

The room was clean and comfy, the breakfast was really good. The free car park was handy.

Very surprised that we were unable to close the toilets door (I'm not saying locking the door but just closing it.) There was something that look like gum that stops the door from latching shut. We complained about it thinking it might have been a one off issue but they told us they put glue themselves on the latchbolt to stop people from getting stuck in the toilets..... I would understand not being able to lock it but at least I need my privacy when in there.... I had to hold the door while in there. And the lady told us it's the same in every room.

Great overnight option, pleasant restaurant and brilliant staff. Very.helpful.when our car broke down.

A customer came to check-in, then the first question from staff lady was “which ibis did you book? Style or Budget? To the staff, I might be misplaced? Or deserved for the budget ibis?That was the first question. Interesting and stupid question.

Pillows are poor. Open bathroom isn't very private.

Room was comfortable and cleaned daily. I was there for 10 nights and had clean towels every day.
