The great concept of electronic locks, so you can arrive whenever you want event in the middle of the night. The shared kitchen with available beverages and snacks, that's great for late-comers as myself:) I could enjoy a bottle of Weiss beer after a long ride.The beakfast is great and if you're into coffee you can ask for the coffee from the cafe located at the same place for little money.And I haven't seen such a comfortable mattress in hotels for a long time.Design of the room including bathroom is modern and fresh. the 2-level bed so wide so you can easily lay together on one layer, I think it's about 140 cm each level or more.

The property was wonderful! The rooms are minimally furnished but tastefully done. The view was spectacular. I loved the shared kitchen and dining room idea. We had take out one evening and shared the space with friends making their own dinner and it was so nice to feel community. If you don’t go shopping, there are plenty of items you can purchase there if you would like to make a meal and special containers in the fridge with the room numbers written so you could have your space. We were right next to the train station but don’t let that deter you! We were never awoken by the train and it was so convenient having it right there. Lovely time on our ski holiday and staff was superb.

I will say that I wish breakfast contained hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon/ham things like that but this is just a minor flaw and would absolutely recommend staying here again.

It‘s unusual. Minimalistic, yet elegant. Perfect for a short family holiday with a most generous and welcoming host and his staff. Spotlessly clean.

The accommodation is great. It is conveniently located by the Via Claudia Augusta bike path. Our room was clean and comfortable. Guests have a fully equipped kitchen at their disposal. Last but not least, the host is very friendly and helpful.

Love the whole set up. The shared kitchen and sitting room were amazing. The place was super clean. Appreciated the option to purchase additional items like wine and food. Also loved the fact that it was a train station. Wish we had booked more days there.

The room was small, but not a big deal in the grand scheme of the place.

Concept (high level kitchen and facilities for guests and option to take some prepared dinner), high quality of decoration/ renovation, warm interior (more Scandinavian than typical Austria), nice comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfast.

Hotel is brand-new in 2023. Room was exceptionally clean and larger than expected. Great location for travelers (as it is literally the old train station). Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Food available for purchase a the Kiosk. A kitchen is available. Very quiet. Johann was so kind to us and made us feel at home! Breakfast was simple, but very good.

The hotel has a modern design, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. The staff recommended us beautiful hiking trails and we will definitely be back here again.

This place is FANTASTIC! We love the area, so we took a chance on this new rental opportunity and it didn’t disappoint. Our rooms were comfortable, clean, efficient- the common spaces were well planned and welcoming, staff felt like old friends and had their hearts invested in our experience! We already made plans to book for next year, I think we found our “regular” spot in Lermoos, and it’s anything but regular! 10/10

Don't get me wrong. The rooms are good, it's only not so spacious.

A lot of places only accept cash and withdrawing cash costs € 3,5 / transaction.
