Staff tried their best to accommodate simple requests.

Overheated room, not enough ceiling height, uncomfortable sofa bed, uncomfortable pillows. Breakfast below standard of a 4 star hotel, very outdated facilities (except for the pool area), not value for money.

Very good wellness center facilities of the hotel, including the sauna (with great shows), very comfortable rooms with everything one would need inside, clean, very friendly staff, very good breakfast, excellent New Year’s Eve dinner, enough parking places nearby.

Fantastic accommodations, large and comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the pool and relaxation area was stunning

Room was clean and functional

The photos are very misleading. We thought we would book a quiet getaway in the Alps for the weekend. Firstly the hotel has a gas station right in front and is on a busy road. Secondly the sauna facilities are under construction and poorly finished, thirdly the wonderful view that was expected is blocked by the construction site. Family room was small and the breakfast lacked basics like fruit or smoked salmon.

The room was unbearably hot. The hotel is over a gas station so not ideal for opening your window. The new facilities are still being build despite looking amazing on booking.comI thought this was going to be the highlight of my road trip as it was by far the most expensive hotel but so disappointing. We were exhausted after a sleepless night.

Very nice hotel, near to the main road. Wonderful facilities especially the pool (when the construction will be over) and spa.The food in the restaurant is exceptional.

Room is so spacious and the pool with the beautiful view of the mountain is exceptional. We will definitely go back.

Make sure you stay in a renovated room. Ours was not. While I don’t care about decor the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable.

Longer hours for the pool would be nice. Was able to smell others smoking on their terrace from inside my room.

Room was spacious and peaceful. Pool was great, allthough the pool area was under construction - after finalization the pool area will be super!

Gasstation 30 meter in front of building. It was warm in bedroom. There was a light around a painting hanging above the bed which we could not switch off at night and that was disturbing our sleep. Restaurant in hotel closed without informing us upfront, but we could eat at neighboring hotel.

I left behind my passports in the safety box and the staff mailed them and recieved them within 24 hrs!

No indication that a gas station is in front of the hotel. Fortunately staff moved us to the rear of the hotel.

The place is totally renovated and everything is works and looks great. The staff is friendly and assists with every problem. There's a good gym, sauna and a nice restaurant in the nearby hotel. Breakfast is very good.

No air conditioning...

Great location, very clean, good breakfast, good WiFi, lovely wellness area with fluffy robes.

The apartment was large. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate.
