Cute ski hotel right in the center of town. Very good breakfast and dinner included in our rate.

Rooms very small but it worked.

Excellent hotel, and amazing restaurant with great selection using a lot of local produce. Have been to Grand Bornand many times and been in the hotel's bar but this was the first time staying in this hotel. We were half board. Breakfast was great, with croissants from the local bakery and a good selection of cheese/fruit/eggs/bread/coffee. Dinner was excellent, with a suggested menu each evening with soup/starter/main/cheese/desert included, or if that didn't suit you could order from the menu. We really liked having the suggested menu as it meant we ate a number of things we may not have otherwise.Spa facilities good including sauna/steam room/jacuzzi. Fairly small but plenty of towels and we always had a relaxing time in there.Room - classic ski chalet style room so a lot of wood and not huge but big enough. Comfortable beds, good shower etcWe shall be staying here next year no question.

The hotel was in the centre of Grand Bo, with a delightful view from the room. Very quiet when we stayed and breakfast was lovely. Staff were great and froze my picnic cooler blocks for the next day!

The room was a little small, but typical for French ski resorts.

Lovely, friendly and professional staff. A really clean and cosy room with a flower filled balcony and the most spectacular views ?. Relaxed atmosphere with delicious breakfasts and evening dinners with a great, attentive team. ?

Spending upto an hour searching for a car park on arrival and every time we took car out. Reserved spaces did not exist and booking com description is not accurate. Noise from disco and band upto 11 o’clock on two evenings.

Great location and amazing food! Our room was small but fine for us - very comfy beds!Sadly we didn’t get time to use the spa facilities.

perfectly located, tastefully decorated, great simple spa for relaxation! very easy staff, we parked our bikes in the entrance for the night - and the brasserie was really nice for the dinner!

maybe breakfast could use more local/bulk products (rather than industrial yogourts and jams).

Good location, cozy environment en building, fabulous breakfast.

The lift was not working well, Way too much glorine in the jacuzzi, poor quality of the dinner.

Although the hotel has a non smoking policy, my roo definitely smelled like someone has smoked recently. It was resolved by putting a candle in the room to get rid of the smell, but not completely. The water of the jacuzzi contained far too much cle.

Very good restaurant, centrally located.

A very small twin room in the "attic" , actually had to stoop to get into the beds area. No parking actually at the hotel.
