- Breakfast was compensation for screwing up the booking and only having one room instead of the two that we booked. They were friendly and apologetic but didn't fix the booking charges.

- The room was clean
Cons -
- We booked two rooms for 4 people. They then mistakenly overbooked and only had one of the two rooms for us on arrival. We arrived as booked between 9-10pm so we had no choice but to stay there. Our two teenage young adults had to sleep one on a small couch with a sheet and the other on an improvised mattress on the floor with a sheet. Bad! We were charged TWO rooms although they said they would reduce the booking cost. They didn't.
- No elevator.
- The room was cold even with the radiator turned up to max.The neighbors can be heard from their rooms across the floor. The building seems like it hasn't been renovated in the last 50 years. The breakfast we actually paid for wasn't prepared by the scheduled time, we had to wait 25 minutes and didn't get a whole lot anyways

Green tea for breakfast was really good.
breakfast: low quality products, insufficient quantity. rooms not renovated for a long time, heating too weak. unfriendly staff.
Location was very good
Was dirty all around, shower was dirty. And broken parts
It's a relatively cheap hotel right in front of the train station. The room was basic but clean.
The building is a bit outdated and needs some refurbishment. Many things in the room and bathroom are about to fall apart. The bed was not comfortable..
The room was clean. The hotel had a rustic, antique look and feel.
The noise level from the train station. Perhaps some additional sound proofing could be done during the next renovation.
The indian restaurant at the hotel is great - good food, good waiter and cool decor. The hotel itsel
Needs updating
Opposite train station, very noisy, hotel needs updating. Breakfast choice very poor.
