Wonderful breakfasts and dinners. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of room for clothes.

Sand is carried on shoes from the yard to the rooms and it's everywhere. Access to upstairs could be easier and the breakfast room could be accessed directly from the second floor.

The gentlemen at the front desk were so nice helpful as we navigated the next part of our travels. They were also full of information about the area and transportation. Thanks to Jesse and Osmo! We loved the sauna in our room and the breakfast was amazing! Nice people there to!Loved the cross country ski culture

Worn out hotel but location is good and breakfast is excellent

Everything was perfect !The location is near to the forest so you can quickly go to see the northern lights, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a huge buffet,If you don’t wanna go out for lunch and dinner, the kitchen is pretty good too !

Cosy, traditional northern hotel with peaceful atmosphere.

The whole experience was seamless. The staff were fantastic especially Osmo and Cem who looked after us with support for the bus, facilities and how to get to places. The rooms were clean and spacious. The sauna in the room was a delight after a day skiing out in the cold. The buffet breakfast was great with varied options. It was nice to have the pool table and easy to access the ski storage. The location of the hotel is fantastic with cross country skiing right on the doorstep and the airport bus and ski bus stops right outside. There are shops and restaurants easily accessible from the hotel.

The decor is a little tired in the rooms but it really isn't the end of the world.

Very convenient location. Managed to see Aurora from bedroom window! Large room for a family. Good for an overnight stay. Amazing breakfast!

Thin walls meant could hear the neighbours late into the night, and they could hear our required early start despite trying to be as quiet as possible

The property is a bit run down already. Room was okay, but needs a little bit of renovations. A little too expensive for what it was worth.

Nice cottage-like feeling in the rooms, in-room sauna, amazingly fresh tap water, great breakfast, close to the “Town center” (shopping mall, restaurants) but also to nature trails etc.

Reindeer black sausage and Lapland cheese with cloudberry jam was excellent for breakfast!

The water from the shower was not warm enough. Clearly it was just bad luck and will be easily repaired.

The corridors and partly also the room were not clean at all.

Well situated; near the lake, which is an excellent spot for Northern lights (w/o street lighning) and very close to good Snowfunsafari where we booked all our excursions, next door to a gourmet restaurant Poro. The breakfast of the hotel if excellent, large variety of dishes. We enjoyed local and continental breakfast (our doughters loved the self made gauffres :-) We did not test the dinner. We also loved there were available slides and local "potkuri" to have a ride on the snow.

Sauna in the room. Breakfast. Hotel is near the ski running path. From 15 to 20 possible to use a pool and sauna in the hotel placed at 1km from this.

Old-fashioned, badly worn, unclean and unfreshroom toilet smelled, bad odours from plumbing, dusty everywhere. Why don’t they have a place to store skis? very inconvenient to take wet skis to your room.

Lovely location, breakfast was good.

Hotel feels dated and in need of refurbishment. Wardrobe door almost fell off, carpet in dining room was so threadbare there was a hole in it.

Value for money - one night cost aprox 200€ - expectations were higher. On the picture hotel looks nicer but in real life interior looks tired and needs some renovation and facelift

The breakfast was not good. No selection, no protection of food against Corona, guests were not wearing masks and personnel did not care
